                                                                A Magic Ring

    Once upon a time there lived a poor girl. She worked so much and does not have free time. And her life was very difficult.

   Every day she got up early in the morning and went to work. One day on her way to work she found a beautiful ring. The girl put it on her finger. And suddenly she fell asleep.

   But when the girl woke up she found herself in a strange country. There was a nice garden. And there was a nice apple-tree in it. The girl heard somebody’s voice, “Help me! Help me!” She turned and found that it was that apple-tree, speaking to her. The apple-tree asked the girl to pick up the apples. The girl did it and, of course, she tasted one apple. It was magic. But the girl didn’t know about it.

   She went to the stream to wash her hands in it. Suddenly she saw herself in the water. She turned into a beautiful princess.

   She ate one more apple and found herself in a beautiful palace. A handsome prince came up to her and asked to be his wife. “You are so beautiful and kind!’, said the prince. The girl agreed.
