“Let’s Learn English Grammar”

Мета: 

• Навчити учнів розпізнавати і розуміти Present Simple та Present Continuous в усному та писемному мовленні;
• удосконалити навики вживання стверджувальних, запитальних та заперечних речень в  Present Simple та Present Continuous в усному мовленні;
• розвивати мовну здогадку, мовленнєву реакцію, здатність порівнювати мовні явища англійської мови;
• виховувати культуру командного змагання та англомовного спілкування.

Вступне слово вчителя:   Любі діти! Під час змагання сьогодні ви матимете змогу навчитися                         краще будувати речення в  Present Simple та Present Continuous. Гра проходитиме у формі змагання. Звичайно, одна із команд набере більше балів,але зауважте, що команди-лузера не буде,тому що всі сьогодні будуть переможцями, адже  ви будете впевненіше застосовувати вище згадані часи. Правила гри:

• не перебивати того, хто говорить;
• не викрикувати;
• не критикувати, а чемно зауважувати;

не засмучуватись зробивши помилку.

То ж час починати.

Warm up

Pupil 1 (Bim  Sometimes): Hello, boys and girls! My name is Bill Sometimes. I do everything either every day or always or usually or from time to time. Try to guess in what grammar kingdom I live.

Учні висловлюють свої здогадки.

Right you are! I live in Present Simple. Bring me my crown, please!

Одягають корону Present Simple

Pupil 2 (Bom Now): Hi, young ladies and gentlemen! I’m Bom Now. I’m doing everything now and at the moment. So, in what grammar kingdom do I live?

Учні висловлюють свої здогадки.

Right you are! I live in Present Continuous. Bring me my crown, please!

Одягають корону Present Continuous.

Pupil 1 (Bim  Sometimes): Dear boys and girls! Now and me are very good friends. But we are anxious that you often mix and misuse us.

Pupil 2 (Bom Now): Let’s revise the schemes of the Present Continuous Tense.

 Учні разом з учителем і Present Contіnuous  повторюють правила застосування та побудови теперіщнього тривалого часу.

Pupil 1 (Bim  Sometimes): Well done! And now let’s revise the rules of my kingdom -the Present Simple Tense.

 Учні разом з учителем і Present Smple повторюють правила застосування та побудови теперіщнього простого часу.

Listening Contest

 Bim Sometimes роздає командам і вболівальникам зелені картки, а Present Contіnuous  червоні.

Teacher: Listen to the sentences attentively. If you hear a sentence in the Present Simple Tense, put up green cards. If you hear a sentence in Present Continuous, put up red cards.

1. The cat is sleeping on the sofa.

2. She lives in Holubychy.

3. Where does your grandmother live?

4. I do not play the tennis every day.

5, I am playing the guitar now.

6. What are your cousins doing now?

7. They clean their house every Saturday.

8. Is he drinking tea at the moment?

9. Nina and Zina like to play together.

Build up Contest

Обидві команди отримують кольорові картки з частинами речень та слів.

Teacher: You have to arrange the parts of the sentences in the correct order to make up sentences in the proper grammar tense.

Вчитель промовляє речення українською мовою, а учні в шерензі будують речення картками.

Обидві команди отримують речення, які містять граматичні помилки.
