Тема:  Great Britain. Germany. Friendship Bridge.

Мета:

Практична: Закріпити вивчений лексичний матеріал по темі « Велика Британія», вживання часових форм Present  Simple, Past Simple, Future Simple.

Освітня: Розширити кругозір учнів по темі та поглибити лексичний запас.

Розвиваюча: Розвивати навички діалогічного та монологічного мовлення, читання та перекладу тексту на слух, поширювати активний словниковий запас.

Виховна: Виховувати толерантне ставлення до співрозмовника, почуття поваги до іноземних мов. Мотивувати учнів вивчати іноземні мови.

1. Привітання

T1Good day dear children. Today we are having a binary lesson of English and German. I'm glad to see you here at the English lesson. I hope you are ready to work hard to master your English.

T1Today you'll read and translate the new words and text; you’ll listen to some interesting information and answer my questions; you’ll do many grammar and lexical exercises

3. We have 2 reporters today.

Vlada is from Germany and Dasha is from Great Britain.

( They ask questions to pupils)

What is your favorite subject?

Are you multilingual or bilingual?

What language do you speak with your family?

4.We have some news from GB and Germany.

5. Also we have video from one Ukrainian girl with her story about her summer holidays. Let’s watch it.

6. What prominent English and German people do you know?

Англійські: Керрол, Принцеса Діана, Королева Єлизавета.

Німецькі: Брати Грим, Моцарт, Бетховен.

(слайди3,4,5) – читають та перекладають інформацію про відомих людей англійською та німецькою мовами)

7.  Do you know that English and German are from one language family?

They are brothers.  Now we prove it.

8. Now we are reading a dialogue in English and German.

You should write words which similar in both languages.

-Guten morgen!

-Good morning! My name’s Jane.

-Mein name ist Tom. Sind Sie  meine Kollegin.

-Yes, I am. I’m your colleague.

-Ich habe viele probleme.

- I have no problems. I like my job.

-Meine hous ist nicht weit vor der schule.

- My house is fae from school too.

-I like sport. I like tennis and basketball.

- Ich liebe Sport. Ich liebe Tenis.

9.Let’s read English and German proverbs and sayings. You task is to match  English and German proverbs with Ukrainian ones.

Не все те золото, що блищить.

Як з очей, так і з думки.

Любиш кататися, люби й саночки возити.

10. You have the English text but some words are written in German. You have to change them into English.

11. Today we are trying to build a language bridge, it’s a bridge of friendship. You have bricks with words but some are extra.
