• Hi, my dear students! Nice to meet you at school.
• Tell me about your summer holidays. Use the words “My summer holidays were…”.
• Which interesting places did you visit? Use the words “I visited…”

III. Phonetic drill.

IV. Vocabulary.

• Today we`ll speak about the summer vacations and trip to the sea. Let`s learn the new words which`ll help us to learn this theme.

a) Words for learning:

Deckchair, flippers, flip-flops, inflatable ring, bikini, ball, crab, sandcastle, beach bag, hat, sunblock, towel.

b) Game with a ball.

c) Missing word.

d)”Twister”

- Now we`ll play “Twister”. Girls’ll play first. The boys learn the words and ‘ll play when girls are stopping the game.

Leisure time.

V. Reading.

- Read the story about Kelly`s summer vacations. Use this story like example and make your own story.
