Тема: An apple a day keeps the doctor away!

Мета: навчати висловлюватися про своє самопочуття, вживаючи лексику теми, навчати розуміти поради та рекомендації лікаря; розвивати навички  письма, формувати готовність до участі в іншомовному спілкуванні, формувати уміння читати і розуміти на слух основний зміст нескладних автентичних текстів з метою отримання загального уявлення та максимально точного й повного розуміння всієї інформації, що міститься в ньому; уміння зафіксувати і передати (письмово чи усно) елементарну інформацію; виховувати  культуру спілкування, позитивне ставлення до англійської мови, культури народу, який розмовляє цією мовою; спілкування; виховувати такі риси характеру як, доброзичливість, толерантність, колективізм, активність, працьовитість.

Oчікувані результати: до кінця уроку учні будуть описувати почуття та проблеми зі здоровям, розуміти рекомендації лікаря, говорити про симптоми хвороб та способи лікування, задавати запитання про здоровя та відповідати на них, розрізняти гарне здоровя та погане

Обладнання:тексти для читання, картки для слухання, граматичні завдання на картках, відеопрезентація, мікрофон

 

                                                        Хід уроку

I. Організаційний момент

1. Привітання:

T. Good morning! I hope you’ll like today’s lesson, because we’ll speak about interesting and useful things. Today you will show your skills and abilities.

First read the comics and tell the topic of todays’ lesson: (at the screen)

A doctor and an engineer loved the same girl. Doctor used to give her a rose daily. An engineer used to give her an apple. Girl got confused and asked. There is a meaning of giving rose. Why are you giving apple? Because an apple a day keeps a doctor away!

8. Гра  “Good Health/Bad health” Учні підходять до дошки один за одним , витягують слово чи фразу та кріплять його до правильної колонки.

III.  Заключна частина уроку

1. Підбиття підсумків уроку.

Учні отримують стікери у формі яблук та прикріпляють до підходящого твердження на дошці щодо результатів уроку.

Understand the doctor’s recommendations

Talk about the symptoms of illnesses, their reasons, first aid and the way of treatment
