Meals

I usually have four meals a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper.

I have my breakfast at 7.30. For breakfast I eat eggs and cheese and drink a cup of tea or coffee. I have my lunch at school during a long break. I like to eat a sandwich and apples for lunch. Sometimes I buy a pizza and a glass of juice at our school canteen.

I have my dinner at home. It is usually at 3 o’clock. For dinner I have a plate of soup, rice with meat or potatoes with fish. Sometimes I eat chicken and chips. I always drink a bottle of water a day. And sometimes I drink cola.

I have a supper at 7 o’clock. For supper I usually have some pasta with salad, some biscuits and a cup of milk.

People cannot live without food, but our food must be healthy. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, drink milk and juice. They have got a lot of vitamins. I eat a little sugar and salt.
