Мета: закріпити лексику з теми "Pets", розвивати навички говоріння, опису, порівняння, творчого мислення та використання англійської мови в практичних ситуаціях.

1. REMEMBER (Пригадай). Name the pets.

•            Завдання:
•            Name 5 pets.
•            Say the words you know.
•            Match the pictures with the words.

Example:
"A cat, a dog, a rabbit..."

2. UNDERSTAND (Поясни). Describe a pet.

Завдання:

•               Describe your favourite pet.
•               Tell what it looks like.
•               Explain what pets need.

"My pet is a cat. It is small and fluffy. It has got green eyes. It likes milk."

3. APPLY (Застосуй). Use pet words in sentences.

Завдання:

•               Make 3 sentences about pets.
•               Ask your friend questions.
•               Create a short dialogue about a pet.

Example dialogue:

B: Yes, I have. I have got a dog.
A: What is its name?
B: Its name is Bob.

 4. ANALYZE (Проаналізуй).  Compare the pets.

•               Find similarities and differences.
•               Sort pets into groups.

Example:

Parrot:

•                  likes talking
•                  can fly

Question:
"How are a dog and a parrot different?"

5. EVALUATE (Оціни).  Express your opinion.

Завдання:

•               What is the best pet? Why?
•               Which pet is easy to look after?
•               Should children have pets? Explain.

Example:

"I think a dog is the best pet because it is friendly and clever."

 6. CREATE (Створи).  Create your own pet project.

Завдання:

•               Draw your dream pet.
•               Create a pet poster.
•               Invent a new animal.
•               Write a short story about your pet.

Example:
