Квест  « Interesting English »

Мета: узагальнення лексичного і граматичного матеріалу за вивченими темами. Вдосконалювати знання та навички , набуті на уроках англійської мови,

розвивати мовленнєву діяльність, розширювати світогляд учнів, розвивати

мовну здогадку та логічне мислення, формувати та розвивати навички

співпраці ( робота в групі), виховувати позитивне ставлення та інтерес до

вивчення англійської мови.

Обладнання: картки з назвами станцій, завдання для станцій, відеозапис пісні «If you are happy», комплект обладнання для презентації(дошка,проектор, комп’ютер),

У квесті беруть участь 2 команди четвертих класів. Команди рухаються за маршрутними листами.

Початок квесту. Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу

Techer 1:  -  Hello dear friends. I'm glad to see you at our quest «Interesting English». At the end of the  quiz we will choose the winner .

Techer 2: Today we are going to recall themes which we were studying during this year. Today you have a chance to demonstrate your knowledge of English language.

Techer 1:  Today we have two teams participating  

Девіз квесту : « Англійська мова відома повсюди,

                           Отож чудово користувати її усюди».

 Our moto:        English is known everywhere

                           It is great to use it anywhere!

Teacher 2: I would like to introduce our jury. They will keep the score.  Спочатку представимо наше журі. (Представлення членів журі.)

Techer 1:Before each game you will be given all necessary instructions .

Квест складається з 7 етапів. Дві команди отримують маршрутний лист, де будуть зазначатись бали за кожен етап. Головна умова - команда, яка виконала швидше завдання повинна дочекати іншу команду і вирушати повинні до наступної станції разом. На конвертах із завданнями будуть написи з назвами команд.

The quest consists of 7 stages. Two teams receive a route sheet, where points for each stage will be noted. The main condition is that the team that completed the task faster must wait for the other team and must go to the next station together.

The envelopes with the tasks will have inscriptions with the names of the teams.

Teacher 2: Важлива умова: брати участь у виконанні завдань повинні усі члени команди. Якщо будуть порушення, то з команди знімається 1 бал.

An important condition: all team members must participate in the tasks. If there are violations, then 1 point is deducted from the team.

Who is this famous Ukrainian writer? He was born on 9 March 1814 in the village of Moryntsi. He is also known as Kobzar. He , was an Ukrainian poet, writer, artist, public and political figure, folklorist and ethnographer.  His works take an important place in Ukrainian literature and history.

She is a famous Ukrainian poetess. Her real name was Larissa Kosach. She was born on February 25, 1871. in Novohrad-Volynskyi. Her mother, the writer Olena Pchilka, and her father, a lawyer. When she was nine, she wrote her first poem, "Hope". She knew many foreign languages .From childhood to the end of her life she battled tuberculosis.
