Playday Party. Past Simple

Yesterday we … a Playday Party.

The students of our school .... a real show.

School actors and actresses … out plays. 

The other students … them and … games!

 The students … not only spectators of the plays, but also they had to vote for the best actor, the best actress and the best play!

The schoolchildren … them

The winners … their prizes.

Some of the prizes … very tasty: milk chocolates and a very delicious apple pie. There were many surprises, interesting games and different contests at the party

The special prize … for the most active spectator — it … ‘A Wonderful Book of Fairy Tales’!

Every child … a good time and … the party greatly!
