Emma is 9 years old. She lives in a small town with her mum, dad and her brother Fred. Every summer, on Saturdays, she usually goes camping with her family. Emma usually plays in the sun. Her father goes fishing, her mother swims, and her brother chases squirrels. In the evening, they watch a film or play chess.
On Sundays, Emma visits her grandma. She has got a big garden. Emma helps her water the flowers and feed the cat. Sometimes they make a cake together. Emma loves Sundays!
Next weekend, Emma and her family are going to go to the beach. She is going to swim and Fred is going to collect pebbles. But they are not going to go windsurfing – their father is going to do that. Emma is very excited!
