• формувати культуру читання учнів;
• розширяти філологічний кругозір учнів;
• розвивати мовну здогадку та мовленнєву реакцію учнів; пам'ять, увагу та уяву;
• виховувати позитивне ставлення учнів до мови, яка вивчається;

Обладнання: підручник Fly High 4, Workbook, книжки Л. Керола, картки з зображенням героїв, відео, аудіо запис, картки з завданнями на дошці.
