Урок на тему: «Сім’я» в 4 класі

 

(Вчитель-методист англійської мови Веремчук Алла Пилипівна, Оріхівська філія №3 КЗ ОЗЗСО «Сузір’я» Оріхівської міської ради Запорізької області)

 

Тип уроку: Узагальнення та систематизація знань з теми

 

Мета: активізувати навички усного мовлення шляхом застосування інтерактивних технологій на уроці; підвищити мотивацію учнів до вивчення англійської мови шляхом створення ситуації успіху та особистого досягнення учнів на уроці, а також комунікативно-направлених завдань; розвивати навички аудіювання, читання, монологічного та діалогічного мовлення з теми, розвивати навички співробітництва та комунікативної творчості через роботу учнів в парах та групах; прищеплювати учням любов до своєї родини, вчити дітей поважати та шанувати батьків, допомагати їм по господарству, спонукати дітей проводити свій вільний час у колі сім’ї.

 

Очікувані результати: учні вмітимуть працювати в парах та групах, висловлювати свою точку зору щодо прочитаного або почутого, вмітимуть описувати свою сім’ю, ввічливо та чемно ставити запитання співрозмовнику, відповідати на запитання вчителя та виконувати завдання за прочитаним текстом.

 

Обладнання: підручники, мультімедійна дошка, диск із записом пісні, зарядки, мультфільму, малюнки.

 

Хід уроку

1 Організаційний момент

Привітання / Greeting

2 Повідомлення теми, мети уроку / Announcing the topic and aim of the lesson

 T: Today we continue speaking about your families and we will try to make new steps in learning English. You`ll practice speaking, listening, reading and writing.

 

3 Фонетична зарядка / Phonetic Drill « Зникаючі рядочки»

 Учні повторюють за вчителем вірш вголос. Вчитель поступово витирає з дошки частини вірша, учні вивчають вірш, повторивши кілька разів.

4 Лексична зарядка / Brainstorming (Повторення та активізація ЛО з теми методом «Мозкового штурму». Створення Mind Map у формі квітки.)

1)T: Pupils, what wards do you associate with the topic “Family”? Let`s fill these parts of papers with adjectives and nouns and make a Mind Map in a form of a flower.

(Учні вписують прикметники, які описують слово «сім’я» в пелюстки квітки та іменники в її листочки.)

Loving , caring,  happy, kind, friendly, useful, nice, dear.

Father, mother, son, daughter, grandmother, grandfather, aunt, uncle, sister, brother, cousins.

2) T: While two pupils are working let`s do it orally all together.

3) T:  Now, read them, please…… Brilliant work!

4) T: And I can add that family lasts forever, which is translated as «Сім’я – це назавжди».

5) Now, look at the blackboard and let us read what each letter of the word “family” means. (Вчитель пояснює переклад речень)

  Family lasts forever

F   is for FAMILIAR   there is no place like home.

A   is for ALWAYS   welcome, no matter how far you go.

M   is for MEMORIES,   more cherished each passing day.

I   is for INSPIRATION   given along the way.

L   is for LOVE   you feel each time you get together.

Y   is for YEARS   to come for family lasts forever.

 

5 Лексична гра-пантоміма / Game – Pantomime

T: Children, do you help your parents?

Ps: Of course we do.

T: Let`s play a little. We`ll try to guess what some of you usually do to help your parents asking the questions.

 Who wants to show the actions?

(Do you wash the dishes? Do you sweep the floor? Do you water the flowers? Do you clean the desk? Do you feed the pets? Do you wash the floor? Do you help cook the dinner? Do you go for a walk with your dog?)

 Well done!

6 Розвиток мовлення / Speaking ( перевірка домашнього завдання)

T: Children, I know you`ve prepared short stories about your families. Let`s show your family trees and  tell us about your relatives.

- Show me your projects first!

-Now, show your family trees to our guests! OK. Thank you!

-Who will be the first to tell us about about your family?

-Who else is eager to tell?

( Учні розповідають про свої сім’ї, використовуючи свій малюнок родинного дерева).

 

7  Хвилина релаксації / Physical exercises

T: Now it`s high time to have a rest and do our physical exercises.

 What about singing and doing some movements? OK. Stand up, everybody!

(“ If you are happy and you know it…”)

 

8 Введення та відпрацювання лексичного мaтеріалу / New Lexical Material

T:Now, new lexical material. Look at the blackboard, please!

1)  - What do you look like? (Який ти маєш вигляд?)

- I am tall with long dark hair and brown eyes.   (Translate, please)

2) – Whom do you look like? (На кого ти схожий?)

 - I look like my mother.

3) – Who is your father? = What`s your father`s name?

 - His name is Petro.

4) – What is your father? = What is your father by profession? (What`s your father`s job?)

 - He is a manager.

T: Answer my questions about your relatives.

  • What do you look like?      - Who is your mother?
  • Whom do you look like?     - What is she?

 

9 Виконання письмового завдання / Writing

 

T:Open your exercise-books. Look at the blackboard and fill in the missing words in the text instead of the pictures.

 Who will go to the blackboard to write? You are to read the text aloud and write only the missing wards.

12 Розвиток діалогічного мовлення / Dialogues: Role-Playing

T: Now, role-playing. I know you`ve prepared your dialogues on topic”Family”.

Do it in pairs.(Reproduce them in pairs.)  Are you ready? Who will be the first?

  1. – Hello, Ann! How are you?

–I`m well. Thank you. And what about you?

-I`m all right. By the way, where are you going?

- I am going to the supermarket. My mum asks me to buy some ice-cream.

- Who is your mother?

- Her name is Maria.

- What is your mother?

-She is a worker.

- Where does she work?

- She works at the plant. And yours?

- My mother works in a shop.

-Thank you . Goodbye.

-Have nice shopping!

 

  1. - Hello, Pete! Nice to see you.

-So do I.

- Let`s play computer games together. Come to my place and we`ll have great fun!

-I can`t now. But I may come to you in an hour or so.

- Why not now?

-My father wants me to clean my room first.

- OK. What`s his job?

- He is a doctor.

- How old is he?

- He is 32. And what`s your father?

- He is an employee. He works in an office in Zaporizhzhia.

-We go for a walk together and play games. We like to play badminton.

-And my granny still works at the kindergarten. Do you have a present for your granny?

-Yes, of course. Some flowers and a nice handbag.

-Very nice. Say “hello” and my congratulations to her. Have a nice day.

-The same to you. Good luck!
