Здоров’язберігаючі технології на уроках англійської мови
Педагогічні дослідження останніх років показують, що вже в початковій школі виникають такі проблеми, як незадовільне здоров’я учнів, низький рівень їхньої активності. На уроках англійської мови для ефективного досягнення практичних, загальноосвітніх і розвиваючих цілей, підтримки мотивації учнів слід використовувати елементи здоров’язберігаючих технологій.
Передусім, доцільно враховувати фізіологічні та психологічні особливості дітей і передбачати такі види роботи, які знімали б напругу й утому. Педагогу потрібно прагнути до того, щоб увесь урок проходив невимушено, а вчительський тон був бадьорим і доброзичливим, створювалася б приємна атмосфера, що сприяє навчанню. В урок слід включати зарядки – релаксації, що за часом займають 3-5 хвилин.
Мета релаксації – зняти розумову напругу, дати дітям невеличкий відпочинок, викликати позитивні емоції, гарний настрій, що веде до поліпшення засвоєння матеріалу. Видами релаксації можуть бути різного роду рухи, ігри, співи, танці, зацікавленість чим-небудь новим, незвичайним. Але при її проведенні слід ставити перед учнями мету запам’ятати мовний матеріал. Тут спрацює механічна пам'ять.
На початковому етапі навчання англійській мові необхідно включати в урок зарядку з використанням різного виду рухів, пісень, танців. Ця форма релаксації заснована на тому, що м’язів рух служить гальмуванню розумової діяльності учнів, а музика і слово, виступаючи в єдності, впливають на почуття і свідомість учнів.
Гра – одна з найважливіших форм релаксації. Але мається на увазі не гра на особисту або командну першість, що вимагають мобілізації розумових сил, а ігри, що сприяють відпочинку, викликають позитивні емоції, легкість і задоволення.
Співоча діяльність проявляється в аудіюванні, розучуванні, виконанні пісні. Спів активізує функції голосового і дихального апаратів, підвищує інтерес до предмета, розвиває музичний слух і пам'ять, знижує стомлюваність за рахунок емоційного настрою.
Використання здоров’язберігаючих технологій має велику роль у житті кожного школяра, дозволяє легше й успішніше опанувати необхідні знання на уроці, здолати труднощі, дозволяє досягти мети і вирішити завдання навчання іноземній мові.

Відомо, що діти, які навчаються у молодшій школі, є переважно жвавими і рухливими, їм важко втриматись на місці протягом 7— 10 хвилин, їм потрібна зміна уваги й діяльності. Тому на допомогу вчителю можуть прийти ігри-пісні, які я пропоную вашій увазі. їх з легкістю можна використовувати в старших групах дитячих садочків, в початкових класах шкіл, гімназій, а також для позакласної роботи — шкільних ранків, вечорів, п'єсок англійською мовою.
Практика показала, що нижче наведені ігри — цікаві, захоплюючі, пісні легко запам'ятовуються. Адже навчання дітей дошкільного і молодшого віку іноземної мови не можливе на першому етапі без привнесення ігрового елементу в заняття. Гра пронизує весь урок — матеріал вивчається й повторюється легше, коли він набуває вигляду гри. Ігри-пісні повинні привнести в урок розрядку, різноманітність, врятувати його від нудьги й сірості. Вчителів не повинно бентежити те, що в піснях зустрічаються слова, яких діти ще не знають. Ці слова зустрінуться пізніше, й діти з легкістю їх згадають. Рима допомагає дітям запам'ятати фразу, яка в подальшому слугуватиме для них мовною моделлю. Крім того, рима й музика сприяють
правильному засвоєнню інтонації, і пісні немовби являють собою тренувальні вправи в роботі над вимовою.
Слова пісні слід вводити разом із рухами, тому що вивчення пісні в процесі гри і в музикальному супроводі сприяють більш швидкому являють собою тренувальні вправи в роботі над вимовою, запам'ятовуванню і розумінню багатьох слів пісні без перекладання. Якою мовою пояснювати правила гри, залежить від підготовки дітей. Правила ігор надзвичайно прості, тому їх можна пояснити англійською мовою. Пісні-ігри поділені на тематичні блоки. Діти, тримаючись за руки, утворюють коло — "город". Одна дівчинка заходить в "город" у пошуках "капусти" (моркви). Хлопчик заходить з протилежного боку кола й, зустрівшись із дівчинкою, виконує з нею рухи пісні: плещуть у долоні, тупочуть ніжками, качають головами, кружляють, тримаючись за руки.
Другий куплет повторюється з іншою парою учнів.

Пояснення гри
Пісня виконується в повільному темпі. Діти стають в два ряди, повернувшись обличчям одне до одного, простягають одне одному праву руку. Коли співають: "When a friend you meet",— потискують одне одному руки. Коли співають: "Shake his hand...",— кожний енергійно трясе руку партнера. Коли співають: "Always bow your head",— нахиляють голови одне перед одним.

Коли виконується приспів, ті самі хлопчик і дівчинка беруться за руки й, підстрибуючи, біжать по ряду в кінець, назад і знов в кінець, потім кланяються і займають своє місце в кінці рядів. Танок продовжується далі.

Діти шикуються у два ряди. Пари беруться за руки і, розмахуючи руками назад і вперед, читають перший рядок: Bisket, basket, buy a penny casket.
Зі словами "You a key and I a key" пари стають обличчям одне до одного і беруться за руки, почергово в такт піднімаючи й опускаючи зчеплені руки.
Зі словами "Then turn the basket over" пари повертаються під парою піднятих рук, не відпускаючи рук партнера. Під час виконання перших двох рядків рухи повторюються. Зі словами "Then turn the basket under" непарні ряди утворюють арки, а парні ряди проходять під ними. Потім гра повторюється з початку.
Animals
Game 1. ОН, A-HUNTING WE WILL GO
Oh, a-hunting we will go, A-hunting we will go,
We'll catch a fox (a wolf, a bear, a hare, etc.)
And put him in a box,
And never let him go.
Пояснення гри
Діти шикуються в два ряди, повернувшись обличчям одне до одного (хлопчики в одному ряду, дівчатка в іншому), плещуть у долоні, співають куплет.
На слова "Oh, a-hunting we will go,
A-hunting we will go" — перші хлопчик! дівчинка, тримаючись за руки, біжать, стрибаючи між рядами і повертаються на свої місця.
На слова "We'll catch a fox, And put him in a box,
And never let him go" перші хлопчик і дівчинка біжать поза своїм рядом і встають в кінці рядів одне проти одного.
Потім гра починається спочатку і продовжується доти, поки перша пара не опиниться на своєму місці на чолі двох рядів.
Game 2. PLAYING BIRDIES
Let's play we are birdies and fly away south,
For winter's cold is near.
Now back to the north let us fly again,
For spring, yes, spring is here.

Наспівуючи "Let's play we are birdies and fly away south", діти зображують політ пташок, розмахують руками, ніби крилами, і перебігають з одного кінця кімнати до другого.
Зі словами "For winter's cold is near" діти притискають руки до грудей і дрижать буцімто від холоду.
Зі словами "Now back to the north let us fly again" діти, зображуючи політ пташок, біжать у протилежний кінець кімнати.
Зі словами "For spring, yes, spring is here" діти простягaють вперед руки, нібито зустрічаючи весняне тепло.
Game 3. OLD MACDONALD
1. Old MacDonald had a farm
Ее — I — Ее — I — Oh,
on this farm he had some chicks,
Ее — I - Ее — I - Oh,
With a chick, chick here,
And a chick, chick there,
Here a chick, there a chick,
Everywhere a chick, chick.

Діти водять хоровод навколо хлопчика "Old MacDonald" і співають пісню. Коли виконується куплет:
With a chick, chick here, And a chick, chick there, Here a chick, there a chick, Everywhere a chick, chick,—
"Old MacDonald" вказує на різних "курчат" у хороводі. Коли звучить останнє слово "chick", "Old MacDonald" забирає "курча" з хороводу за руку і вводить його в коло.
Діти співають другий куплет: With a quack, quack here, And a quack, quack there, Here a duck, there a duck, Everywhere a quack, quack.
"Old MacDonald" вказує на "качок" у хороводі і в кінці куплету вводить у коло "качку", яка стає поруч з "курчам".
Аналогічні дії проводяться під час виконання третього і четвертого куплетів. Пісню й гру можна продовжити, вводячи куплети зі словами, вже знайомими дітям. Дуже пожвавить гру, якщо в кінці кожного куплету "звірі", яких "Old MacDonald" ввів у коло, будуть утворювати притаманний їм звук, а не той, що відповідає тварині або птиці, яку названо в куплеті.
Game 3. MOUSIE AND KITTIE
Here comes Mousie running softly,
Here comes Kittie creeping so,
Mousie fools sly Mistress Kittie,
And into his wee, wee hole does go.
Little mouse, little mouse
Run, run to your house
One, two, three, four

Діти стають колом, беруться за руки, піднімають їх, утворюючи арки, й повільно йдуть в той або інший бік, наспівуючи пісеньку. "Кицька" і "мишка" крадуться в напрямку, протилежному зоні кола.
Зі словами "And into his wee, wee hole does go" "мишка" пробігає крізь яку-небудь арку, а діти опускають руки. "Кицька" намагається прокрастися в коло слід за "мишкою" і схопити її. Коли їй вдасться це зробити, вибирають нову "кицьку" і нову "мишку", й гра починається знову. Якщо "кицьці" не вдасться обманути "мишку", вибирається тільки нова "кицька", й гра починається спочатку.
Game 4. DRIVING MY PONY
I like to drive my pony,
Oh, no! It is such fun.
"Get up!" I say quite kindly,
And off he starts to run.

Діти сідають на уявних іграшкових коней і співають пісеньку, гарцюючи на них.
Game 5. BINGO

Діти водять хоровод; ведучий стоїть у центрі. Перші два рядки співають усі. Потім ведучий співає "В" і вказує на будь-кого пальцем. Той, на кого вказали, співає "І", його сусід зліва — "М" і далі до "О". Той, хто співає.
