Aim:

To practise speaking skills and the structure “I have (got)” while naming toys in a fun and interactive way.

Materials:

•Toy objects (students’ favourite toys or teacher’s toys)

•Music player

Game Description:

The teacher places toys in a circle on the floor. Pupils stand in a circle around the toys. While the music is playing, pupils move or dance around the circle. When the music stops, pupils take the toy in front of them, hold it and say a sentence, for example:

“I have got a plane.”

The game continues several times so that each pupil can practise the target structure.
