Мета

 навчальна: практикувати  у вживанні слова та вирази, повторити тематичні одиниці й мовні зразки з теми; розвивати навички вживання вивченої лексики в усному мовленні; удосконалювати навички читання, аудіювання; тренувати у вживанні речень в теперішньому неозначеному та теперішньому тривалому часах; практикувати в усному мовленні;

 виховна: виховувати бажання піклуватися про природу, любити та берегти її

 розвиваюча: розвивати навички монологічного мовлення учнів, вміння розуміти співрозмовника, культуру праці та спілкування учнів на уроці; розвивати швидкість та критичність мислення учнів, їх довільну пам’ять та мовну здогадку, мовленнєву реакцію, стійку увагу, вміння переносити знання та навички в нову мовну ситуацію, розвивати творчу уяву учнів, фонематичний слух та правильну вимову.

         освітня:  Поглиблювати знання учнів про особливості погоди в різній місцевості та доречність одягу в різні пори року

Обладнання: підручник, робочий зошит, малюнки для ребуса, картки зі звуками, тематичні малюнки «Пори року. Природа», роздаткові картки для роботи в групах, постер для визначення зворотного зв’язку «Дерево», мультимедійна презентація до уроку.

Тип уроку: комбінований

Хід уроку:

І. Організаційний момент

1. Привітання вчителя з дітьми.

Teacher:  Good morning, boys and girls. Nice to meet you at our lesson today.

    2. Рефлексія настрою

T: How are you? (діти запитують один одного та відповідають) P1-P2-P3-P4

- That’s nice. You’re in a good mood and we can start our lesson.

II. Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу.

1. Мотивація навчальної діяльності. Motivation

T.: Today we are going to learn a very interesting topic. First of all let guess a rebus and find out what is it! Look at the blackboard! There are 7 pictures. Name the first letters of these pictures and make up a word.

Ps: W – wolf

      E – egg

      A – apple

      T – tree

      H – horse

      E –  elephant

     R – rabbit

2. Повідомлення теми та цілей уроку.

So, the topic of our lesson is «Weather and Clothes»

 We will do different interesting eхercises, watch the video, talk about the weather in different countries and clothes, play games and by the end of the lesson you should:

- know the words and word-combinations of the topic

- understand the theme of the video

- ask and answer the questions about clothes and weather

- speak about  the weather and seasons. So today you will travel to different parts of the world.

3. Фонетична зарядка

Teacher: Let’s remind some sounds. Look at the blackboard and repeat after me (промовляєш приклади слів зі звуками 2-3)

Teacher: And now let’s read the poem (вчитель, кожен по рядочку, хором)

                 The sun is shining  When it is dry

  And I am smiling.  We are fine.

  The weather is bad  The weather is nice,

  And I am sad.  Isn’t it a surprise

III. Основна частина уроку.

T.: First of all, let’s revise the word expressions about weather. (слайд)

T.: Now tell me please what is the weather like today? (слайд)

Робота в парах

Teacher: Look at the screen and work in pairs. The first pupil read the question and the partner answer this question.

P1: Is it sunny?

P2: Yes, it is.

Робота з картками. Лексична гра «Торнадо».

T.: I see that you know all the words very well, so let’s play a game. You’ve got cards on your desks. Take a pen and try to find the words about weather.

T.: Now, read it, please.

 (Дітям пропонується знайди слова, які змішав торнадо) (на слайді).

Key: Sunny, cold, May, warm, autumn, summer, weather, cloudy, snowy, hot, season.

Розвиток навичок читання.

Дітям пропонується прочитати листа, який їм надіслала дівчинка із Лондону.

Teacher: Yesterday I received a letter from the English girl. Now you’ll read this letter but there are some unknown words in it. Let’s read and remember them.

Рольова гра. Діти виконують ролі репортерів і розповідають про погоду в різних частинах світу.

1. Teacher: Now you’ll travel around the world. Listen to the weather reports from different parts of the world. Complete the cards with the necessary information. At first let’s pronounce the proper names: England, Brazil, Canada, Australia.

2. Child 1: It is very wet and rainy here in London. The temperature is 10 degrees above zero. There are only a few people outside. They are holding umbrellas. Most people are watching TV or playing board games at home. Rainy days are so boring.

3. Child 2: It’s cloudy and windy here in Brazil. The temperature is 18 degrees above zero. So it’s not very cold. People are walking in the park. A few are having picnics or flying kites.

4. Child 3: It’s snowing heavily here in Сanada. The temperature is around 10 degrees below zero. It’s freezing cold. Some kids are building a big snowman in the street. Others are playing in the snow. It’s great fun!

5. Child 4: It’s hot and sunny and delight. The temperature is 28 degrees above zero. Everyone is at the beach. Most people are swimming and sunbathing. Some are fishing. It is a lovely day!

Weather Temperature

Повторення граматичного матеріалу.

1) Повторення теперішнього тривалого та теперішнього неозначеного часів.

Teacher: When we describe the weather today we use the Present Continuous Tense. When we describe the weather on the whole we use the Present Simple Tense. Do you remember this? Let’s compare the sentences. Pay attention to the verbs.

2) Письмо речень. Перебудувати речення з теперішнього тривалого часу в теперішній неозначений час.

1. It is snowing now. (It snows in winter) 2) It is raining at the moment. (It often rains in autumn) 3) The birds are singing now. (The birds sing in spring)

IV. Підсумкова частина.

1. Підсумки уроку. Вчитель закінчує урок англійським прислів’ям про погоду.

Teacher: I’d like to finish our lesson with the English proverbs:

  There is no bad weather there are bad clothes.

  У погоди немає поганої погоди.

 It means that all  seasons, all kinds of weather are beautiful. Every season is good in its own way. Each person likes this or that season.
