 з англійської мови в 6 класі

КВК з теми “On the move”

Цілі:

Навчальна: вдосконалювати навички усного мовлення на рівні слова та речення; практикувати учнів в утворенні запитань; розвивати аудитивні навички; узагальнити і систематизувати лексико - граматичний матеріал з теми «On the Move»;

Загальноосвітня: розширити знання учнів про гру КВК

Розвиваюча: розвивати логічне мислення учнів, пам'ять, увагу, мовну здогадку.

Виховна: виховувати  інтерес до подорожування, до вивчення іноземної мови.

Форма проведення: КВК

Обладнання: бланки для журі з видами завдань та системою оцінювання, реквізити для конкурсів, грамоти для нагородження, музичний центр, комп’ютер.

Мета: організувати  клас, налаштувати його на продуктивну працю.

Ведучий

Ladies and Gentlemen! Good afternoon. Nice to see you this special day. Today we have a very interesting competition. Two teams of pupils of the 6 form will show us their knowledge of English. But first of all let me introduce  to you our jury. They are:……… I want to tell you shortly about “Club of cheerful and bright persons”.Have you ever watched this pragramme on the TV set? Do you like this pragramme? Before this “Club…” was a telecast  “Evening of cheerful questions”, created by journalist Sergiy Muratov. For the first time the programme “Club…” appeared on the television on November 8, 1961. The leader was Albert Akselrod. The student Olexandr Maslyakov took this place after him. Since that time he has become the steady leader of this programme.

-Some words about our competitions. There will be 9 competition for participants from the 6^th form. Every team will show us their knowledge and jury will give them points . I think it will be amusing and you will enjoy it.

- Now teams, you are welcome. The first competition is waiting for you! It is “Presentation”

І. Конкурс. “Presentation” ( команди представляють себе)

Мета: розвиток навичок монологічного мовлення на рівні понад фразової єдності.

You have to introduce your team and you can get maximum 10 points for this task.

II. Конкурс Game “Use the letter, make a word”( команди вибирають по черзі літери на дошці і вони повинні скласти якнайбільше слів із запропонованими літерами, а журі підраховує кількість складених слів у кожної команди)

Мета: активізація вивчених лексичних одиниць

Our next task will be very interesting. Look at the blackboard. On these cards

( показує) you will find letters. And you will be able to make up as many words with this letters about travelling as possible.  When you open all cards, you will be able to know the topic of our programme. You are welcome…

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

III. Конкурс “Make up questions” (кожна команда має скласти по 3 запитання до запропонованого тексту)

Мета: тренувати учнів в утворенні запитань

Now you will be given cards with the short text and it will be your next task. You have to make up 3 questions to the text. You are welcome.

IV. Конкурс “ Music Star” (кожна команда співає туристичну пісню англійською мовою)

Мета: розвивати мовленнєві вміння учнів, повторення і закріплення лексичного матеріалу теми

At home you had to prepare the song. Are you ready? We will be glad to listen to your songs. So, the first team… Thank you…

 

V. Конкурс “Who will be the first?” (Команди  за найкоротший час мають скласти розрізані приказки. Складені приказки зачитують вголос. Журі оцінює швидкість виконання завдання та правильність читання)

Мета: розвивати мовну здогадку учнів

 

- Do you like proverbs? Do you know many proverbs? Now we have a chance to check your knowledge in folklore. I have the cut proverbs and I want you to make up them altogether and read them. You are welcome.

The most difficult step of any journey	is the first
He who runs fastest	doesn’t always arrive first

Фізкультхвилинка

Виконання пісні, що супроводжується певними рухами. “This train is going to the city, this train”.

VI. Конкурс “Riddles” (Учні відгадують загадки. Кожна правильна відповідь – 1 бал)

Мета: розвивати аyдитивні вміння учнів, навички монологічного мовлення на рівні слова.

I’m sure that all of you liked riddles in your childhood. Am I right? Let’s storm your brain. Listen to me and put your hand up if you know answer. Are you ready?

So, the first riddle…

1. Who carries his house with him? (a snail)
2. It’s grey, but it’s not a wolf.

Long – eared, but not a hare,

With hoofs, but not a horse.

What is it? (a donkey)

3. Furry and purry with long whiskers. (a cat)
4. The animal who can go without food and water for a long time is a (camel).
5. The animal that has a red bushy tail is a (fox)

 

VII. Конкурс “Step by step”. ( один учасник від команди вибирає картку, на якій написана тема і слова до неї на англійській мові. Учасник робить кроки по залу, перекладаючи слова. Його команда може йому допомагати.)

Мета: повторення і закріплення ЛО з теми

There are cards on this desk. You have to take one of them and read your topic. There are English words on the other side of the card. To get more points for your command you must translate as more words as you know. You will do one step for one word. And our jury will count your steps. I need one participant from every team. 8. Конкурс капітанів. Гра «Пантоміма» ( капітани повинні розкрити значення поданих нижче прислівників без допомоги слів, за допомогою жестів. Команда задає запитання: Is it fast? or Is it merry?. Команда, яка першою відгадує слово, отримує 1 бал. Всього 6 слів.)

Мета: тренувати учнів в утворенні питальних речень, у вживанні прислівників

Now will be the task for our captains. Come here, please. I want you to show your teams the meaning of the following words but without speaking. Choose your word, please. You are welcome.

Words:

Slowly   - повільно                         Merrily  - весело

Fast    - швидко                               Heavily        - важко      

Loudly   - голосно                           Shortly - коротко

 

IX. Конкурс «Irregular verbs». ( Команда отримує картки із неправильними дієсловами та їх формами. Вона повинна за 2 хв скласти якнайбільше слів із відповідними формами)

Мета: перевірити знання учнів у розпізнаванні форм неправильних дієслів

 It will be our last competition and we check how you know irregular verbs. I’ll give you the cards with irregular verbs, but they are without their second and third forms. Your task will be to find their forms among these cards per 2 minutes. Do you understand the task? You are welcome.

Підсумок

Мета: підвести підсумки виховного заходу (на дошці картинка із учнем, який читає багато книг і думає про  подорож до Канади)

Look at the pictures on the blackboard. How do think what does this boy think about? Does he think about travelling? Yes, but why does he read so many books? Yes, because he wants to go to Canada and that’s why he have to know language. And do you like to travel? I advice you to go not only to Ukrainian towns but also to foreign countries. And to do it you have to improve  your  English.
