1.Привітання учасників гри та гостей.

T. Hello everyone! I’m happy to greet our participants and guests at our game show

“Happy Easter”.  I’m sure you remember what holiday people celebrate in spring. What is it? (слайд 2)

S. I know it is Easter.

T. Great. You are right. Easter comes in spring. It is a beautiful time for everyone. The date of Easter is not the same from year to year. But it always comes on the first Sunday after the first full moon in spring. (слайд 3)

So, welcome to our game show “Happy )Easter”!

2. Представлення команд. (слайд 4)

Вед.1.  We have 16 participants. They don’t know their team. Let’s help them to split into their teams.

Учні обирають малюнок і стають учасниками певної команди.

Вед. 2. Each team consists of 4 players. Our teams are: team “Candies”, team “ Foxes”, team” Chicks”, team “Bunnies”

3. Ознайомлення з вимогами конкурсу.

Вед.1. Listen to the instruction of the game show. Our game show consists of different contests in a fun game format. The main thing is to enjoy and get pleasure of your participation.

II. Основна частина.

Вед.1. Point the Easter word you hear.

2. Hunting for Adjectives (слайд 7)

Вед.2. Write adjectives to the given words and present.

3. Puzzle Easter Creations. (слайд 8-11)

Вед.2.  You will be given parts of pictures. Create  your Easter pictures.

4. Game “Count Easter Symbols”. (слайд 12)

Вед.1. Work in your teams, count and write Easter Symbols. (слайд 13)

5. Easter Riddles. (слайд 14,15)

Вед.2. We know a lot of riddles connected with this holiday. Listen and guess. Word Bank and pictures will help you.

6. Puzzle “Easter Cryptogram”. (слайд 16)

Вед.1. Each team has a cryptogram on their table. Think and write.  Present words one by one.

7. Easter Question Quiz. (слайд 17)

Вед.2.  This quiz suggests a multiple choice. The teams should choose the answers they suppose to be correct.

8. Poetry contest. (слайд 18, 19)

Вед.1. One representative from each team will recite a poem.

9. B-u-n-n-y Easter Song. (слайд 20)

Вед.2. Dear students, let’s finish our game show with a well know song.
