JEN : I’ve got five seeds. I want to plant them. I know how to have many seeds.

CHICKEN 2:  Let’s go to our friend’s.

 

CHICKEN 3 : Let’s ask them to help us.

 

 

 AUTHOR :  Jen the Hen has got three friends. They are a cat, a dog, and a duck. This is the Cat. She is a big grey cat. She lives inGreen Street, too.

 

CAT : My name is Pam. Hi, Jen! Hi, chickens !

 

JEN : Hi, Pam ! How are you? I want to plant some seeds. Can you help me?

 

CAT : I’d love to but I’m not well today. I can’t help you. I can’t work but I can play. Bye !

 

AUTHOR : This is dog . He is black and white. He is very big. He lives in a dog house.

 

DOG : Hi ! My name is Tug. How are you, Jen?

 

JEN : I’m fine, and you? I want to plant some seeds.

 

CHICKEN 1 : Can you help us?

 

DOG: I am fine but I don’t like to work. I like to play.

 AUTHOR : This is the Duck.. She is big She is brown. She is a good swimmer. She lives near the lake.

JEN : Glad to meet you.

 

CHICKEN 2 : Can you help us plant some seeds ?

 

DUCK : Oh, no, I am sorry, I can’t. I want to go to the lake. I like to swim and play there. And I don’t like to work.

 

JEN : I am very sorry, my dear children, but my friends are lazy. They don’t like to work. Can you help me plant the seeds?

 

CHICKEN 1 : Of course, we can.

 

CHICKEN 2 : With great pleasure.

 

CHICKEN 3 : We can help you to plant the seeds.

JEN : I know how to make bread for my children and friends.

JEN : I am very sorry but my friends are very lazy. They don’t  want to help me  make bread.
