I. Greeting.

II. Warming-up

             Teacher: Look at the blackboard and answer the question: How are you today?

• Practicing Phonetic drills.

First of all look at the blackboard, there are several words that you have to remember the pronunciation

III.    Main Part

1.     Vocabulary work.

Teacher: Open your books. Page 76. Read the words.

2) Match the words and the pictures:

           Old, young, environment, hero, fan, popular, person

         3) Reading

Teacher: Listen to the text (https://publishing.linguist.ua/spysok-audio-fajliv-do-smart-junior-4-for-ukraine/class-smart-junior-cd-2/) and read the text “Everyday Heroes”. Use the microphone.

4) After-reading exercises:

• True/false

1. Denzel is the biggest fan of football.
2. Denzel’s hero is a basketball player, Steve Serio.
3. My hero is Chad Pregracke.
4. Chad Pregracke helps for the stray dogs.
5. Alia’s hero is dad.
6. Alia’s mum works every day, but she cleans the house and cooks food for her family.
