• вивчити та повторити лексичні одиниці з теми «Різдво» (англійська мова)
• ознайомити учнів з особливостями святкування  Різдва в країнах Європи , пригадати відомі різдвяні традиції (я досліджую світ)
• створити адвент календар (трудове навчання)

Обладнання: картки із завданнями, заготовки для адвент календарів, кольорові олівці, фломастери, клей, ножиці.

Регламент уроку: 1. Вступна частина (до 4 хвилин)

                              3. Заключна частина (до 6 хвилин)

Хід уроку

I Introduction

1. Greeting

Good morning, children! Take your seats.  I’m glad to see you  today. Let’s begin our lesson.

       2. Announcing the aims and the topic

Children, tell me please what season is it now? What holiday will we celebrate soon? Yes, you are right.  Today we are going to speak about the greatest wonderful and exciting holiday loved by children for the presents, bright tree and fun.  We will talk about Christmas and its traditions.

      3. Warming-up

First of all let’s train our tongues. Look at the screen and repeat after me.

s-s-s a snowman

k-k-k a card

b-b-b a bell

p-p-p a present

And now let’s repeat the rhyme all together.

Look at the snow

It’s soft and white

Look at the trees

What a pretty sight.

II Main Part

1. Quiz

At first come to me take the cane, read and answer the question.

3. In what month do the Ukrainians celebrate Christmas?

4. What do children decorate with balls, stars and candles?

5. What do we find under the Christmas tree?(presents)

6. Who brings a lot of presents and comes at night?

2. All we know about Christmas

Remember and write all words you know about Christmas. You have a sheet of paper, write on it. You have two minutes for this task. Your time is up. Put your pens and markers on your desk and let’s count your words.

3. Doing project

Today we will make Christmas countdown calendar. It helps countdown the days until Christmas. This calendar includes 25 boxes or doors with chocolates ,toys.

But our calendars will help to remember all Christmas words. So let’s do it!
