The children are in the garden. They’re playing
with the kittens.
Alina: Look! This white kitten is so small and funny.
Oleh: Yes, it is smaller than the black kitten.
Alina: What’s your favourite kitten?
Oleh: My favourite kitten is that black one. It’s stronger and bigger than this white kitten.
Pussy! Pussy! Pussy! Come here, my little kitty!
Alina: Um…Yes, you’re right. It’s bigger and heavier than the white kitten.
Look at that grey kitten! It’s fatter than this black kitten. It’s fatter than the white kitten. It’s the fattest kitten of all. It looks like a small grey cloud.
Oleh: This black kitten is prettier and faster than that grey one. The black kitten is the best.
Alina: Watch out! The dog is running. Keep it away from our kittens!
Oleh: Don’t worry! This dog is not dangerous. It has a bigger brain than the kitten and it is more intelligent than you think. Anyway, the kittens are not scared.
They look happier.
Alina: Oh! How cute!
