 My name is Lee. Once I fell ill. I had headache, sore throat and I felt sick. My mum called the doctor, Mr Jones. He came in the afternoon and took my temperature. Then he looked at my throat. Mr Jones said that I had a cold. He gave me some medicine and told to stay in bed and not to go to school for a few days. In three days I felt better. I went to Mr Jones to the hospital. He took my temperature again, looked at my throat and said that it was okay. Mr Jones also said that I should eat healthy food, do exercises and drink enough water to keep fit. So I ate more salads and eggs, I didn`t eat sweets and fizzy drinks. I also joined our school football club. Now I feel much better.
