In Great Britain there are organizations which support the development of Ukrainian economy.

The British government introduces academic programmes for the Ukrainian employees, although getting practical experience isn't implied.

Probably, the British Council will support Computer Literacy Courses and Seminars on teaching English in the nearest future.
