Waiter: - Good morning, girls! We are glad to see you at our café. Girls: - Good morning. W.: - Can I help you?Оlena: - Yes, could you show us the menu, please?W.: - Certainly. Here it is. Are you ready to order?Nastya: - Yes, I’ll have a pizza with cheese, tomato and ham; fruit jam, an orange juice, please.

Katya: - I would like to have an apple pie and a vanilla ice-cream with strawberry, a cup of light coffee, please. Annya: - I’ll have roast chicken; a fruit cake, black tea, please.

(Забирає замовлення - малюнки з стравами і звертається до решти учнів-глядачів)- Children, who can help me to bring Nastya’s order? Дівчинка-офіціант перемішує малюнки зі стравами і по черзі називає страву: Waiter: -Children, who has ordered a cup of light coffee? Children: Katya has. (Якщо правильно, то діти забирають малюнок і так далі доки офіціант не назве всі малюнки. Дівчатка, які зробили замовлення (лідери груп) перевіряють “свої” страви і таким чином клас розподілено на 4 групи.)

На червоному папері англійські слова, на синьому – український переклад. Учням роздають картки. Діти з синіми карками стають у коло – напроти діти з червоними картками, формуючі зовнішнє коло. По сигналу вчителя діти зачитують слова по-англійські, якщо переклад співпадає, то утворюється пара. Якщо слова не співпадають, то діти рухаються по колу, доки не знайдуть “свій” переклад.
