T. Good morning, children. I’m glad to see you. How are you today?
PP. I’m well (fine, OK, so-so).
T. It’s great. And now look at the board and repeat: transport, helicopter, boat, lorry, scooter, skateboard, taxi, bus, motorbike, bike, plane. (three or four times). Now name the words in your book (ex.1 p.44).
T. look at the card and answer my questions. Is it a lorry ( a boat, a scooter….)
PP. Yes, it is. No, it isn’t.
T. What’s yoir favourite transport?
PP. My favourite transport is….
Jump on a scooter, Jump in a helicopter,
Jump on a bus, Jump in a car,
Jump on a motorbike Jump on a bike.
And come with us. Are we going far?
Jump on a plane, Jump in a taxi,
Jump on a boat, Jump on a train,
Jump on a skateboard Jump in a lorry.
And off we go. Let’s go again!
Play the track and let the pupils listen and repeat silently.
Play the track again, while they sing aloud in chorus.
Pupils read the text (the song) individually.
Ask pupils to underline all words meaning kinds of transport.
Name the transport.

One pupil tries to show one of the kinds of transport using gestures. Other pupils try to understand what transport it is.
