Відкритий урок у 5 класі НУШ за підручником «Prepare»

 Тема: “Що ти можеш”

Мета:

формувати ключові компетентності: уміння вчитися: розвивати вміння організовувати своє робоче місце, планувати власні дії, оцінювати свою роботу та діяльність однокласників; розвивати пізнавальний інтерес;

комунікативна: розвивати діалогічне мовлення; соціальна: розвивати вміння продуктивно працювати в парах, групах, виявляти ініціативу; загальнокультурна: виховувати виховувати ввічливість до співрозмовника.

Формувати предметні компетентності:  удосконалити уміння називати різні речі, які учні можуть робити, складати та задавати запитання і відповідати на них, розігрувати короткі діалоги, називати частини тіла. вміти виконувати завдання на розуміння мовлення; розвивати пам'ять, увагу, швидку реакцію, фонематичний слух, навички діалогічного мовлення, вміння співпрацювати в групі, комунікативну компетентність, удосконалювати навички усного та писемного мовлення;

Обладнання: презентація до уроку; відеозапис; аркуші формату А4, підручник; робочий зошит; фломастери.

Тип уроку:  урок закріплення, застосування знань, навичок і вмінь

Форма проведення: урок – практикум

Методи: ігрові («Guess the words»), інтерактивні методи (групова робота, парна робота, робота з відео матеріалами)

The procedure of the lesson

I. THE BEGINNING OF THE LESSON.

1. Organizing the class. Greeting.

Good morning, children! Nice to see you! Sit down, please. How are you?

2 Warming-up

Look at your desks! You have paper glasses with lollipops, take one for you, read and answer the questions in turns. Ok, well done. Now look at the board and read the theme and aims of today’s lesson,

3. The theme and aims of the lesson.

So, the theme of the lesson is “What you can do”.

And the aims of the lesson are:

- name different things we can\ can’t do;

- make, ask and answer the questions;

- understand the words from the video;

- name the parts of the body.

II. THE MAIN PART OF THE LESSON.

1. Vocabulary work.

Creative writing.(Work in groups)

Take the cards and unscramble the questions.

1. speak / mum / can / your / English? (Can your mum speak English?)
2. friend / your / play / can / the / guitar/ ? (Can your  friend play the guitar?)
3. you / can / a / drive / car? (Can you drive a car?)
4. make / dad / can / your / pancakes? (Can your dad make pancakes?)
5. you / sail / can / a / boat?  (Can you sail a boat?)

 Now let’s check. Is everything right? OK.

And  now open your student’s books and do Ex.4, p.146

2 Listening Task

And now watch a video and do a task in groups.(pupils watch a video and do the task on the sheets of paper.

Was it easy or difficult for you to do this task? Pupils evaluate themselves.

3  Game. Now let’s play a game. Make a circle and say what colour the Ukrainian flag is. Now choose the colour. Pupils in turns say “ blue” or “yellow”. Then “blue” stay on the same place, “ yellow” go on the opposite side. They make pairs and ask the questions about what they can do. Then pupils make one step on the right, change a partner and make dialogues again.

Can you ride a bike? -Yes, I can

Can you swim underwater? –Yes, I can

Can you do a headstand? –No, I can’t

4 Lexical task

Well done, children. Now let’s do a lexical task.

Finish the following sentences:

1We can hear with our … (ears).

2 We can see with our … (eyes),

3 We can smell with our … (nose).

4 We can walk with our … (legs).

5 We put shoes on our … (feet).

6 We can speak with our … ( mouth).

7 We put a hat on our … (head).

8 We put a scarf on our … (neck).

9 We put gloves on our … (hands).

Well done. Now do a lexical task on the interactive board.

There is an interactive presentation on the board.

Children in turns go to the blackboard and choose the proper word.

Now work in groups. Draw a person on the piece of paper in less than two minutes and label as many parts of the body as you can in four minutes.

The winner is the group with the most correctly labelled and spelled body parts.

The papers are displayed on the board.

III. THE FINAL PART OF THE LESSON.

1. Hometask (write about what you and the memebers of your family can or can’t do ((no less than 5 sentences))
