The children were at school.
They wanted to visit the farm.
There were lots of animals on the farm.
There was a terrible storm last night.
The windows were broken.
There were holes in the roof.
And there was water everywhere.
First the workmen came to the farm.

They helped Mr. Oats a lot.
The carpenter and builders came to the farm. They fetched new wood and metal.
They used saws, hammers and nails. They mended the barn, the stable and the gates.
The plumber fixed the water. He used plastic. The painter painted all the doors.
But Mr. Oats didn`t have money to pay. He wanted to sell
Henry.

Then Gary West came to the farm.
Next the children entered the competition.

They had a good idea.
The children made a TV programme "Save Henry".
They went to the competition.
They got their prize money.
Last they won a huge cup and medals.

They helped Mr Oats. He didn`t sell his horse.
