Тема: FOOD. BUYING FOOD.

Мета: Закріпити ЛО теми “Food and Shopping”; продовжувати вчити учнів будувати висловлювання з вивченою лексикою у діалогічному мовленні; розвивати навички читання, аудіювання та письма; розвивати фантазію і творчі здібності; розвивати в учнів вміння працювати в парах та самостійно;

виховувати правила толерантної поведінки підчас покупки продуктів в магазині.

Хід уроку

I. Підготовка до спрйняття іншомовного мовлення.

 1. Привітання.

T: Good morning, children! I am very glad to see you! How are you today?

T: I’m so glad you’re brilliant today.

 2. Повідомлення теми та мети уроку та уведення в іншомовну атмосферу.

T: Have you ever been to the supermarket? Of course, you have! What can we buy at the supermarket?

(expected answers – FRUITS, VEGETABLES, MEAT, FISH, EGGS … - наочні картки)

Can you name five fruits? – (Students’ response)

Can you name five vegetables? – (Students’ response)

Can you name five drinks that we can buy for our party at the supermarket?

II. Основна частина уроку

 T: Look here! (Slide 1). This is her birthday menu. What’s on her menu, Yasia?

Let’s make a shopping list together (вчитель вписує продукти до shopping list на інтерактивній дошці). Start your sentence as in the example on the slide (slide 2)

1. (picture on the board) What do we need to cook barbecue?

2. (picture on the board) What do we need to cook grilled vegetables?

3. (picture on the board) What do we need to cook sandwiches?

4. (picture on the board) And what about salad? Would you like green salad? Shall we use tomatoes and cucumbers? We will serve it with our barbecue.

(In case students offer something like Olivier salad say I THINK IT WILL BE TOO HEAVY FOR AUNT MEGAN’S STOMACH. LET’S COOK SOME LIGHT SALAD)

5. And at last our birthday cake. It must be very delicious. We are going to cook the same cake.

6. Can you name the party drinks again?

Script of Dialogue 1

T: Our shopping list is very long. Let’s divide into pairs to do our shopping quicker.  Take the cards. (Учні обирають картки та розігрують діалоги з опорою).

III. Заключна частина уроку.

 1. Домашнє завдання. (Слайд на дошці)

  2. Підведення підсумків.

T: So, children, thank you for your help. You have bought everything we need for Aunt Megan’s party.. Your marks….(Виставлення оцінок за діалоги). Good-bye! You may have a rest.
