How can teachers share learning and development with colleagues?

Experience is one of the concepts of the knowledge theory. Knowledge that are acquired in life, work, professional activity, participation in historical events, etc.

Experience, what is it? Everybody understands this word in different way. For some it is just the years that he has worked, and for someone it is awards. What is an experience for a real teacher? It's about coming to work every day and seeing eyes that love and trust you. They know that you will not let them down that you will teach them. A lesson with an experienced teacher will not be boring, he is always interesting in the lesson and they never repeat themselves. That is why you want to go to his lesson. Not every teacher wants to share his secrets. you need to understand that sharing knowledge increases the effectiveness of each of the participants in the process.

An exchange of experience would help to quickly new approaches to children and conduct classes occupation. Perhaps, original ideas were born faster than it happens in a particular team. I believe that it would be more effective to invite colleagues not to open lessons, where we are preparing for a performance like at ‘the Olympic’, where you can rarely see a teacher's practice, but to ordinary lessons. Those to which teachers are reluctant to invite, since not everyone has their own flavor. I simply didn't find it, or I didn't look for my own teaching style. The main problem is enslavement and fear that you will be condemned for your know-how. Since transferring knowledge to students, not like to your colleagues. When transferring knowledge, it is difficult for a young specialist, since a more experienced teacher can see a bright contrast in the presentation of the material. -chats- create a general chat where you can freely communicate on the topic of "experiences"

 - ask each other for advice - I think that not only newcomers should ask for advice, but also the older generation, and ideally the leadership.

-books- exchange books that impressed you (you can find your own flavor)

- to holding meetings - informal meetings will help  trust each other, after which the barriers will be removed and you will want  help each other

-delegating- attract experience not only in their team, but also at the level of the city, region, country, world.

My experience

My learning style is a gadget. I work most likely by intuition than by logic. I rely on the reaction of the audience. After which I analyze it myself. often everything that was planned turns out, but not always according to the outline. Since my experience is not great, there are still no pupils , who do not share my style. We are on the same wave with they.
