Конспект  уроку  з англійської мови в 5 класі на тему:

” FOOD.FAMOUS UKRAINIAN DISHES”

Тема: FOOD.FAMOUS UKRAINIAN DISHES

 

Практична: 

ознайомити учнів з новими словами та виразами і практикувати   в   їх вживанні,

активізувати мовні навички і вміння на основі засвоєних лексичних одиниць та граматичних структур

формувати навички будування короткого діалога та монолога

( мовленнєві компетенції);

активізувати вживання граматичних структур в Present simple tense;

Розвивальна:

  Розвивати навички аудіювання; розвивати навички монологічного та діалогічного  мовлення учнів, вміння       розуміти співрозмовника, культуру праці та спілкування учнів на уроці; розвивати швидкість та критичність мислення учнів, їх довільну пам’ять та мовну здогадку, мовленнєву реакцію, стійку увагу, вміння переносити знання та навички в нову мовну ситуацію, розвивати творчу уяву учнів, фонематичний слух та правильну вимову.

Освітня:

Поглиблювати знання учнів про найвідоміші українські страви, розширювати кругозір на матеріалі теми.

Виховна:

виховувати здоровий спосіб життя, бажання раціонально харчуватися;

 виховувати у дітей старанність та наполегливість, прищеплювати інтерес до вивчення англійської мови через використання нестандартних методів проведення уроку.

Тип уроку: комбінований

Обладнання: аудіозаписи «Phonetics drills», «Making a sandwich», пісня «Good morning», тематичні картки «Food and dishes», картки для фонетичної хвилинки, підручники, зошити, технічні засоби навчання .

- And today the theme of our lesson is “Food”. We are continuing  speaking  about food and today we are going to disсuss some reсipes and ways to сook food. Also you will learn more about Ukrainian dishes.

Look at these pictures and name dishes that you prefer to have for breakfast / dinner / supper?

During the lesson we will work in groups.

Group I write dishes, that we usually eat for breakfast.

Group II write dishes, that we usually eat for dinner.

There are a lot of different famous Ukrainian dishes. What are they?

You had the adding home task to make the riddle about your favourite dish.

Guess the dish

Some pupils have adding hometask-- to tell about the dish but they will not name  it. Listen to them very carefully and guess what is it.

The class listen to 4 pupils and answer after their descriptions.

  • Best of all I like healthy food. Firstly I take some vegetables, wash them and cut. Then we have to put some salt and pepper. After that I add a little oil and mix. It’s a very tasty dish. What is it?

(Salad)

  • My taste is alike to yours. We can buy this food easily in the shop. But you can cook it yourself.  We have to wash and peel potatoes. Then we slice them and fry every piece into the pan with a lot of oil. Take out  red-  yellow snacks and air. What is it?

(Chips)

  • Everyone has eaten my dish. Your and my mum prepare it. She takes meat, boils it. After that she puts peeling vegetables. Mum adds some salt, pepper. At the end she puts some sour- cream. It is delicious red- coloured dish. What is it?

(Borsch)

  • It is Ukrainian dish. I help my mum to do it. Firstly we boil leaves of cabbage and  rice. We have to grind carrot and cut some onion. Frying  we mix them with rice and meat. Put salt, pepper. Then we put this mass into the cabbage leaf and boil 1 hour with tomato pasta. We eat this dish with sour- cream. What is it?
