1. Greeting
T: Good morning, pupils! I am glad to see you! How are you? I hope you are well today.

T: Tell me, please, about your favorite day of the week. What do you do in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening?

T: So, now I can start our lesson. The theme of the lesson “Home sweet home”.
Today we are going to speak about our houses, flats, try to describe one of the rooms and do many interesting tasks. I hope you will enjoy it. Look on the blackboard, read and translate some proverbs.
P1: There is no place like home.
P2: East or West, Home is best.
P3: Every dog is a lion at home.
P4: Every bird likes its own nest.
P5: It is a bad bird that fouls its own nest.

We use there is before singular nouns.

Yes, there is. / No, there isn`t.
We use there are before plural nouns.
There are There are four bedrooms in the house.
There are not (There aren`t) There aren`t two bedrooms in the house.
Are there…? Are there two apples on the table?
Yes, there are. / No, there aren`t.
