My Autumn Holidays at Grandma's House

Autumn holidays are my favorite time of the year. I love spending them at my grandma's house in the village. Her house is very cozy, and the garden is beautiful in autumn. The air is always fresh, and the leaves on the trees are a mix of red, yellow, and orange. Every morning, I wake up to the delicious smell of my grandma's pancakes. She always makes a big breakfast for me.

We love spending time outdoors. We often go for a walk in the nearby forest, looking for mushrooms and colorful leaves. Sometimes, we help my grandpa collect firewood for the winter. In the evenings, we sit by the fireplace, drinking hot tea and telling stories. My grandma loves to tell me about her childhood. Her stories are always so interesting! I also help her bake delicious apple pies with apples from the garden. The smell of freshly baked pies fills the whole house.

My grandma has a big, fluffy cat named Ginger. I love playing with him. He is a little bit lazy, but very friendly. We also have a lot of fun playing board games like chess or checkers. Once, we even built a huge leaf pile in the backyard and jumped into it. It was so much fun! These holidays are a wonderful opportunity to relax and spend quality time with my family. I always feel so happy and peaceful at my grandma's house. I can't wait for my next visit.
