Last weekend, Anna had two fun days out. On Saturday, she went to the zoo with her family. It was sunny and warm, so they enjoyed walking around and looking at the animals. Anna liked the monkeys best because they were funny and jumped around a lot. But her little brother liked the lions most. He thought they looked strong and cool. Anna took many pictures with her camera. On Sunday, Anna stayed at home. In the morning, she watched a cartoon on TV. It was very funny, and she laughed a lot. After that, she helped her mum in the kitchen and didn’t go out. She didn’t want to play football because she was a little tired after the zoo trip.

                                               The Weather in Ukraine 

Ukraine has four seasons: spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
In spring, the weather is warm. The snow melts, and flowers bloom. It sometimes rains.
Summer is hot and sunny. People go swimming and enjoy the sun. Children have holidays.
Autumn is cool and windy. Leaves fall from the trees. People wear jackets and go to school.
Winter is cold and snowy. Children play in the snow and make snowmen.

The weather in Ukraine is different every season. That’s why people wear different clothes and do different activities.
