SS compare the answers in pairs T.: Discuss in pairs what you like doing or not. Check if you have the same answers. Use the phrases: I like …, but I don’t like…. For example: I like rollerblading, but I don’t like climbing up a hill.

Elicit from SS how much physical activity they think they need to do every day. T.: How much physical activity do you need every day? Answer on the slide: It’s good to do 60 minutes’ activity every day, with a mix of medium and high energy. You don’t have to do it all at the same time. For example, you could do 15-minute activities at different times of the day. T.: Do you do enough activities a day? Let’s find out! SS read the questions one by one and choose their answers.
