T.: Discuss in pairs what you like doing or not. Check if you have the same answers.

Elicit from SS how much physical activity they think they need to do every day.

T.: How much physical activity do you need every day?

Answer on the slide:

It’s good to do 60 minutes’ activity every day, with a mix of medium and high energy. You don’t have to do it all at the same time. For example, you could do 15-minute activities at different times of the day.

T.:  Do you do enough activities a day? Let’s find out!

SS read the questions one by one and choose their answers. Counting As, Bs, and Cs and reading the results.

SS work on their own

T.:

Look at the Lia’s daily activities chart and answer the questions on your own.

 

SS work in groups of three or pairs

T.:

Check your answers in groups / pairs and choose the low- and high-energy Lia’s activities.

(5 min)

Teacher asks SS to fill out the “when” section of the chart and then explains how to do the homework.
