 Опис проекту

1.Обгрунтування вибору проблеми.

       Дослідження міст і сіл України проходить з метою поглиблення знань здобувачів освітніх послуг про Батьківщину, популяризації України в світі, створення умов для реалізації творчих здібностей кожного учня, розвитку критичного мислення та виховання патріотизму і гордості за свою країну, демонстрації національної духовності, потенціалу в сфері  освіти, науки, культури.

Мета та завдання проекту: 

- розширити знання про міста і села України, їх історію та сьогодення;

- скласти семиденний план подорожі країною для іноземних туристів;

- сприяти поширенню відомостей про Україну в світі, кращому засвоєнню навчального матеріалу про міста і села України;

- створення умов для самореалізації, організації позаурочної роботи з англійської мови;

- впровадження в практику сучасних освітніх технологій та інновацій;

- здійснення індивідуальної роботи з обдарованими школярами;

- сприяти формуванню креативності, творчої ініціативи; активної громадянської позиції;

- Виховувати повагу, гордість, ціннісне ставлення до Батьківщини,

почуття патріотизму, усвідомлення своєї національної неповторності.

Очікувані результати:

-Діти добре володіють інформацією про найбільші міста та найвідоміші села України;

-Вміють самостійно збирати й накопичувати матеріал;

-Вміють аналізувати, зіставляти факти, представляти створене перед аудиторією

-Створення кінцевого продукту: путівник «Семиденний тур Україною»

- активне навчання  «через дію»;

-  вміння працювати в групі,  аргументовано висловлювати власні думки,  оцінювати роботу товаришів.

зарубіжної літератури

 Класні колективи учнів 5-6 класів.

Термін реалізації проекту – один місяць.

Етапи реалізації проекту: 

1. Діагностично-прогностичний:

- розробити план та програму вивчення теми;

- визначити типи та види робіт;

- розробити вимоги до знань та вмінь учнів із кожного виду роботи.

2.Підготовчий:

- збирання необхідної інформації та матеріалів;

- матеріально-технічне забезпечення.

3.Організаційно-виконавчий:

- залучення учнів до пошуку й висвітлення інформації про міста і села України.

- обмін інформацією між школярами.

4. Корекційно - оціночний:

- презентація творчого проекту ініціативною групою перед учнями школи.

5. Узагальнюючо-підсумковий:

- обробка, аналіз та узагальнення результатів;

 Around Cities and Villages in Ukraine

      If you’re looking to travel somewhere new, why not try Ukraine? This fascinating country is filled with history, culture, natural beauty and great architecture. It is relatively easy to get to by air and is already well developed for tourism. Ukraine is a young country with an ancient and rich history. The bewitching landscapes, fairytale castles, and mouthwatering recipes are sure to exceed your expectations. To discover the true spirit of its culture, traditions, and natural beauty, a top ten list of the country’s best experiences is a good place to start. One also cannot fail to mention the hospitality of locals, who will make you feel like Ukraine is your second home.

     To travel around the whole country, one week is surely not enough. Nonetheless, if you only have a limited time for your journey, here is one of the most interesting and effective routes to see the best of what Ukraine has to offer.

     There is a number of great Ukrainian destinations worth seeing, which will transport your mind to a whole new dimension. Top of the list are the cities which each offer their own unique set of attractions and activities.

          Day 1: Kyiv

     The city gladly meets newcomers and introduces a variety of sightseeing possibilities. Architectural monuments are most dense at the city center, the place where the itinerary around Ukraine is to begin.

     Stroll down Khreschatyk Street to try delicious half-chocolate, half-lemon ice cream and to see Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Independence Square), where the Revolution of Dignity took place.

      After that, walk up Mykhailivska Street and discover such ancient gems as St. Michael’s Monastery and St. Sophia’s Cathedral, which belongs to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Marvel at the view over Kiev from St. Andrew’s Church viewpoint. Come down to the Podol area and spend the evening on the Poshtova Square. Have a lovely dinner on the bank of Dnieper River to memorize the beauty of Kyiv.

     

Day 2: Kharkiv

    Another city worth visiting is Kharkov, the former capital of Ukraine. It can be described as an industrial metropolis with spacious squares, concrete buildings, and green parks.

The historical center has a “triangle” of cathedrals, which were constructed in different architectural styles: Baroque, Classical, and Gothic. One more place to discover is the Cascade Fountain, which flows down the steep slope in Shevchenko Park. To have fun in the evening, visit Gorky Park and have a ride on the rollercoasters.

Day 3: Odesa

      For wide beaches, crowded clubs, and panoramic restaurants, come to Odessa. It is a welcoming destination for travelers who are eager to combine parties with a cultural experience.

The Potemkin Stairs, the Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater, and Derybasivska Street are the must-see spots. They are situated within walking distance from each other, and will definitely leave you with the right impression of the city. For lunch and dinner, choose a restaurant by the sea. 

     Every summer, the city turns into the cultural capital and holds an International Film Festival with a number of workshops, premieres, and the longest red carpet in the world.

 

Day 4: Lviv

     For many centuries, Lviv belonged to Poland and the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Having an architectural influence from Western Europe, the city is full of surprises.

The narrow streets are soaked in traditional cuisine and the smell of coffee, as three centuries ago the first coffeehouse was opened there. No one will remain indifferent after discovering the true spirit of the Ukrainian people, not to mention Lviv’s most unusual museums and incredibly beautiful cathedrals.

Rural Towns and Villages to Experience the Real Ukraine

     Although cities are lively and fascinating, they often do not fully convey the culture, life and customs of their country. To get a real feel for a place, you should explore the areas where the real colour and beauty of  is preserved. The rural areas of Ukraine, listed below, will give you inspiration for your travels.

Day 5:   Pidhirtsi

    In the past, this village was called Galician Versailles, and its main landmark was the Pidgoretsky castle, which was constructed as a defensive fortress in the mid-17th century. The castle has survived through different eras and wars and was destroyed and rebuilt many times. The Austrian Emperor Franz Josef and Honore de Balzac have both visited Pidhirtsi. Besides the castle, you can take a walk in the French-style park, or visit the Roman Catholic Church of the Exaltation and St. Joseph.

Rozgirche

   The south-eastern outskirts of Rozgirche village are home to an ancient rock monastery, the first mention of which can be traced back to the late 15th century. It is a whole monastic complex, located in caves and is an example of sacral rock construction. The caves are carved on two levels connected by a stone staircase. From the top of the monastery, you can look out on a beautiful landscape view of the rural surroundings and the valley of the Opir River.

Bakota

     The name of this town translates as ‘a desirable place’, and first-time visitors are often impressed by the beautiful scenery. With the advent of the Tatar-Mongol troops in 1255, the settlement was practically erased from the face of the earth. Bakota has since been rebuilt and the people who live here are proud of their land’s history. The ruins of a rock monastery have been carefully preserved; it was discovered by the same person who established the remarkable Kyiv Pecherska Lavra.

Day 6: See the Carpathian Mountains

    The Carpathian Mountains are a must-visit destination for every tourist. The clean air causes mild dizziness; the mountain landscapes take your breath away and compel you to enjoy the moment. At 2,061 meters (6761.8 feet), Mount Hoverla is the highest point in Ukraine and the most popular place to go on a camping trip. Its flora and fauna are identical in nature to the Alps. Special attention should be paid to Synevyr Lake, the sea eye of the Carpathian Mountains. It was formed as a result of an earthquake and is a mysterious attraction of the National Park.

Day 7: Iza

  The main craft of the village of Iza is wickerwork. Locals will show you that you can weave everything, from furniture to souvenirs. Such products are environmentally friendly, durable, beautiful and, of course, authentic. As well as the wonders of wickerwork, Iza is also known for incredibly tasty cheeses created by the private factory Baranovo. Other attractions are the deer and ostrich farms.

Synevirska Polyana

   The village of Synevirska Polyana in the Carpathian Mountains is the most famous tourist site in Western Ukraine. It is well-known for its crystal-clear air, ecological forests and the Synevir National Nature Park, including the largest natural lake in the Carpathian region of the same name. There are many legends connected to the place. One of them is that the lake cures illnesses and brings happiness in love.

Zalishchyky

   A picturesque town stretching in the western region of  Ukraine, Zalishcyky is surrounded by the Dniester River. The river bends almost at 360 degrees, forming a 1.8-mile (3km) meander around the town. The settlement is also famous for Brunytskykh Palace, which was built in 1831. In the postwar period it served as a hospital and the beautiful interior decorations were lost unfortunately. There is also a Church of St. Stanislaus, with a glorious chapel and a bell tower.
