“Clothes and Weather”

My name is Daniel and I am twelve years old. I live in a small town in Ukraine. I think clothes are very important because they help us feel comfortable and look good. On weekdays I usually wear a school uniform. It includes a white shirt, dark trousers and black shoes. When it is cold, I also wear a sweater or a jacket. I don’t always like wearing a uniform, but I understand that it is practical for school.

At the weekend I wear casual clothes. My favourite outfit is blue jeans, a hoodie and trainers.

I like these clothes because they are comfortable and modern.

The weather often changes in my town, so I have different clothes for different seasons. In winter it is usually snowy and freezing, so I wear a warm coat, boots, a hat and gloves. In spring the weather is sometimes rainy and windy, so I take an umbrella and wear a light jacket. In summer it is hot and sunny, so I wear shorts and a T-shirt. Autumn is cool and cloudy, so I often wear jeans and a sweater.

I think it is important to choose the right clothes for the weather.
