Урок № 33                             19.11. 2019р.                                          6 клас

Тема: « Спорт».

 Мета: Активізувати лексику з теми «Спорт», практикувати активний словник теми уроку; удосконалювати навички вживання нових лексичних одиниць;  вдосконалювати навички  аудіювання  й  усного мовлення, читання; активізу­вати монологічне  висловлювання з метою контролю засвоєння поданого лексичного матеріалу; розвивати навички комунікативного спілкування; стимулювати в учнів інтерес та підтримку мотивації в оволодінні мовленнєвою діяльністю на уроках англійської мови.

Цілі:

Практична: практикувати активний словник теми уроку, вчити правильно артикулювати слова, розвивати вміння учнів логічно та послідовно викладати думки англійською мовою.

Освітня: практикувати учнів у вживанні ЛО в усному мовленні та у вивчених граматичних структурах на письмі, поглибити знання учнів про види спорту і формувати навички читання та аудіювання.

Розвиваюча: розвивати комунікативні навички, мовну здогадку, пам’ять, увагу, розвивати пізнавальний інтерес  до англійської мови.

Виховна: виховувати культуру спілкування, зацікавленість у розширенні своїх знань, виховувати любов до занять спортом,  бажання займатися спортом.

Обладнання: презентація до уроку, підручник для 6 класу , робочі зошити, картки із завданням.

Тип уроку: комбінований.

T: Good morning, my dear children. I am very glad and happy to see all of you today. There are some guests at our lesson.

Today we are going to speak about sport.

I like riding by bicycle,

I’m fond of playing chess.

My friend is good at judo-

We are keen as you can guess.

II.Основна частина уроку.

2.1Активізувати лексику з теми «Спорт», практикувати активний словник теми уроку; удосконалювати навички вживання нових лексичних одиниць.

A) Our first station is called “ Lexical”. At our first station we are going to revise sports and games. Put the necessary letters in the words and the last one do the crossword.

B) The next station is  “Grammer”. The task for this group is to make up 3 questions to the sentence:
1. We watch the Olympic Games on TV.

2.2. Yдосконалювати навички вживання нових лексичних одиниць;  

Ski-jumping, Tobogganing ,yachting, wrestling

Extreme sports: Diving, parachuting,surfing, rock climbing

2.3. Match

c) The third station is “ poetic”
At home we have learnt by heart the rhyme. Who wants to tell it ?

PLAY

We use “play” with any competitive game.

It can also be used next to sports whose name is not also the verb (e.g. play tennis).

PLAY: tennis, golf, football, basketball, chess, etc.

GO

We use “go” with any activities you can do alone.

It is also used with sports that end in -ing (i.e. sports whose name is also the verb / gerund).

GO: swimming, cycling, dancing, surfing, sailing, etc.

DO

We use “do” with any sport that is more of a physical activity. It is used for recreational activities.

DO: yoga, judo, athletics, gymnastics, etc.

d) The next station is “ Mysterious” Guess the word . Bдосконалювати навички аудіювання.

1. It is a team game. Both men and women can play it. The players have a ball. They play the ball with their hands. There are six players in every team. ( Volleyball)/

2. It is a very popular game in England and in Ukraine. The players kick the ball with their feet. The game lasts 90 minutes and has two halves. The players try to score a goal. ( Football)/

3.it is a very beautiful kind of sport. It gives the sportsmen strength, rhythm, and grace. The sportsmen do some exercises and dance to music on the ice. The dancers have very nice costumes on. ( Figure – skating).

e) The fourth station is “ People’s station”

Д)Гарне здоров’я – головне багатство.

d)The last station is “ Speaking”.

Interview your classmates about your favourite sport.

Football is the most popular game in England and in Ukraine. It was first played in England. The players kick the ball and run after it. The game lasts 90 minutes. There is a referee on the field. He blows a whistle from time to time. The players try to score a goal.

Ice – hockey is one of the most popular games in the world. It was first played in Canada . It is a team game.  It is a winter game. Only men and boys can play it. Many people like to watch this game on TV.The players don’t run on the field. They skate. They have sticks in the hands.

 I am a basketball fan .  .  I enjoy watching matches on TV and at the stadium. I have been to the stadium twice. It was great. – 

As for me I enjoy basketball. Basketball is a dynamic and interesting game. It develops many good qualities such as rapid action, will-power and collective spirit.         The object of the game is quite simple. To win you must put the ball through the hoop more often than your opponent. This means the basketball player must learn to shoot effectively. All the players may take part in both the attack and the defence.

 If you go in for sports you don’t catch cold. Children and grown-ups must take care of their health and do morning exercises regularly. There are some popular kinds of sport  in our country: football, volleyball, hockey etc.

When I go in for sports I feel wonderful. I am cheerful, active and full of energy. I try to do trainings every day. In summer I go swimming. In winter I ski and skate.
