Тип уроку: комбінований

Мета уроку:

Практична:

•                 вивчити нові та повторити вивчені ЛО з теми;
•                 практикувати вживання ЛО в мовленні,
•                 вчити учнів працювати з текстом,
•                 вчити працювати в парах і приймати спільне рішення.

Розвиваюча:

•                 розвивати фонематичний слух;
•                 навички діалогічного та монологічного мовлення;
•                 розвивати пам’ять, увагу, навички аудіювання та навички порівняння та аналізу.

Виховна:

•                 виховувати сумлінне ставлення до навчання,
•                                     інтерес до вивчення англійської мови.

Культурологічна:

•                 виховувати повагу до культури інших народів;
•                 виховувати естетичний смак і дбайливе ставлення до людей, які тебе оточують.

1.               Working with the text.

Для підготовки учнів до Reading, задаємо кілька питань, які допоможуть краще розуміти текст:

T.: Look at the text of ex. 2, on p. 170.  (Cлайд 2)

1. Is it a poem or a fairytale? What is it?

2. Who wrote the letter?

3. Where is Cathy?

4. When was the best Cathy’s day and why?

5. Where did Cathy live in the camp?

6. What was the first activity?

7. What was the second activity?

8. What did children do afternoon?

9. Were children tired in the evening?

T.: Well done, children. Now look at the Ex3 on p.171. In this exercise you should choose one item to make true sentence about Cathy. Учні по черзі зачитують речення і дають відповідь. (Слайд 3)

T.: Children, look at the board. On it you can see "Outdoor school camp activities". Now you should say which ones Cathy did on her trip to outdoor school camp (Слайд 4) (making camp fire, rock climbing, building shelters, karaoke, learning about forest plants, canoeing, first aid course, group games). На дошці з’являються картинки з Outdoor school camp activities і учні дають відповіді.

2.             Speaking. Робота в парах. Складання діалогів .

Jane: How did you spend your weekend?

Tim: O, I went to the picnic with my parents.

Jane: What did you do there?

Tim: My sister with my mum walking in the forest. My dad and I were fishing.

What about your weekends?

Jane: I visited my grandparents. My cousins and I were playing volleyball and hide-and-seek. I like outdoor activities very much.

Tim: I like it too.
