Elephant: Oh, look! It's a giraffe! … Hello, Giraffe!
Giraffe: Hello, Little Elephant!
Elephant: What does the crocodile have for dinner?
Giraffe: Sh-h-h-h-h! Go away!

Elephant:  Nobody wants to tell me.
Bird: Hello, Little Elephant!
Elephant: Hello, Bird! What does the crocodile have for dinner?
Bird: Go and ask the crocodile!
Elephant: And where does he live?
Bird:  Near the big-big river.
Elephant: Thank you! Goodbye!
Bird: Goodbye!

Elephant: Oh, here is the river. Excuse me, are you a crocodile?
Snake: No, I'm a snake.
Elephant: And where is the crocodile?

Snake: Look! He is in the water.


Elephant: Hello, Crocodile! What do you have for dinner?

Monkey:  Look! The little elephant!
Giraffe:  He's got a long nose!
Elephant: Look, Monkey! I can eat bananas! Look, Giraffe! I can eat grass! 
Monkey:  Oh, it's a very good nose!
Giraffe: Who gave you the nose?
Elephant: The crocodile did!
