Цілі: удосконалення здобутих знань та здібностей на уроках іноземної мови, сприяння розвиткові естетичних смаків і світоглядів учнів та підтримка мотивації до оволодіння іноземною мовою в цілому.

1-й ведучий. Шановні друзі, наше свято присвячене закінченню знайомства учнів другого класу з буквами англійської абетки.

2-й ведучий. Dear boys and girls, parents and teachers. Now I want to see if all the letters of the alphabet are here.You are welcome, letters!

"А" — красуня оця,

Перша до нас на свято прийшла.

"A". A is for apples and apple-trees.

My cat is gray.

У слові "dog" є буква "D".

Знають це англійці всі.

(Демонструє слово "dog".)

"D". D is for dog and for desk.

I like to sit at my desk.

He і she в нашій сім'ї

He обійдуться без букви "Е":

"Е". Е is for eight and eleven.

How much is eight and eleven?

Звучить пісня: “If you are happy and you know clap your hands”

Ніщо не завадить літері "F"

Покласти flowers on the shelf.

"F". F is for flowers, red and blue.

White and yellow, and rosy too.

Як захочеш привітатись, то тоді

Не забудь про букву "G"

"G". Good morning, good morning,

Сіренькій мишці, англійською "mouse"

Буква "Н" побудувала house.

"H". H is for hand.

I have two hands.

Буква "К" нам може знадобитись,

It is white and funny.

It likes to drink milk,

"L". L is for letter.

This letter is for me.

Де ж сховалась буква "R", «Схованки» — цікава гра.
