Elf 4 is adjusting ornaments on the Christmas tree and humming Christmas song:

Elf: Seriously?I’m in charge of wrapping presents again this year? I told you I took design courses! I’m sick of ribbons and bows.

Elf 2:Looking at Elf 1,who is once again bragging their design courses and saying firmly:

Tie bows tighter!Adjust the ribbons neatly,and make sure the gifts are securely packed! Remember last year,when Lily and I had to redo the entire batch because Santa didn’t like the colour of the ribbons? And we had to listen to his Ho- ho- ho all evening!

Elf 3: Hey,enough of that! The presents won’t wrap themselves! Do you want Nancy crying again because she got a toy car instead of a doll?

Santa enters with Mrs.Santa.

Santa: Ho-ho-ho! How are my favourite helpers doing? Are you ready to amaze the world with wonderful presents? Tonight will be a special night!

Elf 2: Of course! Everything is almost ready .We just need to sort them out,and that’s it.

Santa: Ho-ho-ho! I’ll go to check your wonderfull work.

The song”You’re a Mean One,Mr.Grinch”

The Grinch enters,singing

Grinch: Oh,dear Santa and his lovely elves,preparing to bring joy to the world again?

Packing hundreds of presents once more?

Santa is speechless and the Elves are frightened.

Elf 5: What now?Are you here to ruin the Christmas spirit again?What are you planning this time?Turn off the lights or steal the Christmas tree like last year.

Grinch:Oh,what a great idea!These little creatures- children or whatever you call them- get presents every year.Amd what about me?I want something too!

Elf 4: Dont’t you dare!We won’t let you ruin our efforts! We won’t let you steal Christmas from the children!

Grinch:A tiny elf trying to stop me?Then try if you dare!

The Grinch quickly grabs the sack of presents and heads for the door.All the elves are panicking.Santa is on the verge of heart attack.

Santa:Grinch,stop!

You are stealing the children’s hope.

Grinch: O don’t care.I want to make my own holiday!

Mrs.Santa: I won’t let you ruin Christmas

This time you won’t take the children’s toys.

Starts singing a song.

The elves join in,singing and dancing with Santa.

Grinch: I was wrong.I didn’t realise how wonderful Christmas truly is.Please,forgive me.

Santa: Grinch,it’s not too late to make things right.Christmas isn’t about gifts and dicorations.It’s about love,faith and kindness that live on our hearts.The fact that you’ve opened your heart proves that there’s a place for goodness in everyone

And now,you ‘re our friend,part of our life.
