Тема: Countable, uncountable nouns
Мета: повторити лексичні одиниці з теми, тренувати учнів у вживанні ЛО, практично використовувати вивчені слова у мовленні, познайомити учнів з займенниками some та any, вдосконалювати навички вживання займенників на практиці, розвивати вміння переносу знань та навичок у нову ситуацію, збагачувати словниковий запас, виховувати повагу до традицій, почуття ввічливості, культуру спілкування, спостережливість, зацікавленість у розширенні своїх знань.
Словник термінів:
1. Nouns (іменники)
Definition: Nouns are words that name people, animals, places, things, or ideas.
Examples: teacher, cat, London, book, happiness.
2. Countable Nouns (злічувані іменники)
Definition: Countable nouns are nouns that we can count. They have singular and plural forms.
Examples: one apple, two apples; a car, three cars.
Tip: We can use numbers, a/an, many, and few with countable nouns.
3. Uncountable Nouns (незлічувані іменники)
Definition: Uncountable nouns are nouns that we cannot count individually. They usually have only a singular form and we don’t use a/an with them.
Examples: water, sugar, money, music, information.
Tip: We often use much, a little, and some with uncountable nouns.
4. Pronoun “Some” (займенник “some”)
Definition: “Some” is used to talk about an unspecified quantity of something.
• Affirmative sentences: I have some friends.
• Offers and requests: Would you like some tea? / Can I have some water, please?
Tip: Usually used in positive sentences.
5. Pronoun “Any” (займенник “any”)
Definition: “Any” is used to talk about an unspecified quantity in negative sentences and questions.
• Negative sentences: I don’t have any money.
• Questions: Do you have any apples?
Tip: Usually used in questions and negatives, but sometimes also in positive sentences with a meaning of “it doesn’t matter which” (You can take any book).

ВАЖЛИВО! Займенники some та any, використовуються для неозначеної (невеликої) кількості предметів або речовини. Вони ставляться перед іменником замість артиклю.
