Haley Joel Osment -  A Kid Actor

 

 Haley Joel Osment is a very busy kid. He is twelve years old and he is already a star in Hollywood.

 But when Haley is not acting he is quite a normal kid with a quiet life. He lives in Los Angeles, California, with his parents and his seven-year-old sister, Emily. She’s also an actress. His father is an actor and his mother is a school teacher.

 Haley goes to Glendale Elementary School and he is in the 7th grade. In the morning Mrs.Osment drives her children to school. They leave home at a quarter to eight. Haley and his sister wake up at 7.00 and after a quick shower they eat cereals and have a glass of milk for breakfast. (Haley doesn’t really enjoy milk but his mother is very strict).

Haley is a very clever student. His favourite subject is Science but he also likes History and Maths. When Haley is making a film he’s got a tutor, a private teacher for him only, and he studies three or four hours every day. This is what happened during last month: he performed an important role in a new film and he didn’t have time to go to school. When he grows up he wants to go to university to study Drama.

In his free time Haley is very fond of reading, especially science fiction. At the moment he is reading Tolkien’s book “The Lord of the Kings”. He watches the History and Discovery channels. He also loves taking care of animals, he’s got a dog called Sufi, a hamster and two frogs. He listens to rock music and his favourite band is REM.
