Тема уроку: «Подорож країною ХТЗ».

Мета уроку: Активізувати використання вивченого лексико - граматичного матеріалу в мовленні учнів; формувати вміння будувати монологічні і діалогічні висловлювання; розвивати вміння спілкуватися англійською мовою; практикувати читання, аудіювання та говоріння; розвивати творчість, увагу, спостережливість, мислення; розвивати інтелектуальну сферу особистості та здібності учнів; виховувати вміння працювати в парах, в команді(групі); прищеплювати любов до своєї країни, міста, місцевості, у якій живуть школярі.

ХІД УРОКУ

1. Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення

1. Організаційний момент:

Teacher of English: Hello, everybody! I’m glad to see you.

Pupils: Hello, hello, hello to you

            Hello, hello we are glad to see you too.

2. Повідомлення теми уроку:

Teacher of English: Let’s begin our lesson. Look at the blackboard. You can see some words there. Put them in the right order and say the English saying.

На екрані написані слова: or, home, East, is, West, best. (East or West, home is best). (Учням пропонується скласти прислів’я з поданих слів ).

Teacher of English:  What Ukrainian equivalent can you find for it? (В гостях добре, а вдома краще). What do we call home? (family, flat, room, pets, etc.)

Учитель: А що ж ми називаємо домівкою? Давайте подивимось коротенький фільм про наше місто.

Teacher of English: Well, today we'll talk about our home, hometown and about our district

3. Актуалізація знань, умінь та навичок:

Teacher of English: You know the places where people live in. They are a city, a town and a village. Now listen to the descriptions and guess what it is.

(Учитель читає на картках опис міста та села, а учні вгадують, що це та називають слово англійською мовою)

         Card 1.

It is a place where some hundred people live. There is a museum, two theatres, a cinema and many shops there. The houses have not more than ten floors. (a town)

         Card 2.

It is a place with separate houses. The houses have one or two floors. The place usually has one or two streets. Each house has got a garden.
(a village)

         Card 3.

It is a place where many thousand people live. There are many museums, galleries, theatres, big supermarkets and cars. The houses are very high and have many floors. (a city)

(На екрані з’являються слова, учні повторюють їх за вчителем декілька разів(читання за вчителем).

2. Основна частина уроку

1. Об’єднання учнів у групи за допомогою комп’ютерної програми Pazl.

(Кожен з учнів складає пазл, хто отримав зображення Олександрівського скверу- І група, зображення аптеки - ІІ група, зображення бібліотеки - ІІІ група, зображення ПДЮТ «Істок» -  ІV група)(Додаток 1)

2. .Визначення назв станцій-будівель.

(Учитель об’єднує учнів на чотири групи, які називаються команди, кожна команда отримує завдання: прочитати опис будівлі, з поданих літер скласти назву цієї будівлі. Спікер (представник команди) зачитує супротивнику опис своєї будівлі, представники інших команд повинні назвати цю будівлю).

Teacher of English: Dear kids, each group has her own description of the building, you must guess what the building is this, then you should make up the name of this building from the letters you have.

1. Chemist’s shop (When we are ill or we are bad, we go to buy the medicines there. There we can buy such medicines as: pills, salves, cotton, hypodermics and other. What the building is this?)
2. Library (The place where everybody can take any book or magazine or newspaper for some time and bring it back not later than one month. What the building is this?)
3. Club “Istock”(The place where every pupil can do some things. e.g. Paint, dance, sing, handmade and other things. And it is situated near the church. What the building is this?)
4. Alexander’s Square (The place where all people can have rest: sit on the bench, play with children and walk. There is a fountain in the middle of this place. This place has a name of a man. What the building is this?)

Teacher of English: Now you have to read your description for your opposer and he must guess your building’s name.

Підведення підсумків виконаного завдання, демонстрація на слайдах презентації.

Teacher of English: We start our travel and we have done the exercise and now kids let’s have a rest. Stand up, please, and repeat after me.

At your sides, on your hair.
