Birthday Party
By the end of the lesson students will be able to :
-use words on the topic “Birthday”
-predict the topic of the lesson
-describe people’s appearance
-put the invitation in the correct order
-write “running dictation”
Procedure
1.Grouping
Take a card with a letter, find the person with the same colour and put the letters in the correct order to make a word.
Each group will have points, work hard and try to get more points.
Group I – orange – GAME
Group II – green – CAKE
Group III – pink – BIKE
2.Topic of the lesson
Look at the blackboard, there is no topic only some symbols. Use the code from the pupil’s book page 15 and tell me the topic of our lesson. HO1

3.Warm up
Do you like birthday? Think about the words connected with this holiday. Let’s write these words on the blackboard draw a mind map in the form of the sun, write your word on its ray.
