I.Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення.
1.Warm up
Good morning my dear friends! I’m glad to see you. How are you?
2.Phonetic exercise
Let’s start our lesson with phonetic exercise. We are going to revise sound [ŋ]. Look at the blackboard.

And we are rolling,
Now we’re jumping,

We’re having a rest,
And we can not staying.
3.Game
Game to revise pupils ability to use “the” with the place names, the cards with the names of places, gives to pupils and proposes them to divide into two groups : “THE” and “WITHOUT THE”.

II.Основна частина уроку
1.Повідомлення теми уроку
The topic of our lesson is “National Symbols”. By the end of our lesson you will be able to identify the main idea and details when listening and reading a text, to talk about the history of Ukraine and nationals symbols.
Reading
Then pupils listen to the text (ex.2,p.133). While listen, pupils have to order the paragraphs of it and mark them with the letters A to B and numbers 1 to 4.
After that, pupils read the text and check if their work is correct.
Speaking
To practice monologue oral utterance, pupils answer the questions (ex.3, p.134) and show the geographical objects at the map. Each pupils answer the questions, and others may add some information after utterance without interruption.

Writing
Finishing the sentences.

Relaxation
