Мета:

 Практична: 

• активізувати лексичний матеріал з теми і підтеми;
• тренувати в аудіюванні, читанні та діалогічному мовленні;
• вчити учнів працювати в парах та групах.

 Розвивальна:

• вдосконалювати мовленнєві навички;
• розвивати навички діалогічного мовлення;
• розвивати увагу та логічне мислення;
• удосконалювати фонетичні, лексичні та мовленнєві навички учнів;
• розвивати граматичні навички.

 Виховна:

• сприяти вихованню пізнавальної активності та самостійності шляхом використання вибраних методів навчання;
• виховувати толерантне ставлення одне до одного під час парної та групової роботи;
• сприяти вихованню культури спілкування, вміння злагоджено працювати в команді.

ХІД   УРОКУ

I. ПОЧАТОК УРОКУ.  ПІДГОТОВКА ДО СПРИЙНЯТТЯ ІНШОМОВНОГО МОВЛЕННЯ

 1. Привітання.

T:   Good morning, dear children! How are you today?

 

T:   I am happy that you are OK. I hope that you will do your best today. Now tell me, please, who is on duty today?

(рапорт чергового)

 

T:   OK. Thank you.

2. Повідомлення теми та мети уроку.

T:   Today we’ll continue to speak about food. I want to tell you that today we’ll speak about our favourite traditional Ukrainian dishes. This is the theme of our today’s lesson. During our lesson we’ll speak, read, write, make up dialogues, practice the usage of pronouns and play games.

So, the motto of our lesson is:

“The more we learn the more we now”

Let’s start!

 

3. Фонетична зарядка.

T:   Listen to me attentively. We start our lesson with the game ABC.

I will show and name you letters and you are to name different words beginning with these letters belonging to the theme “Food and Drink”.

You can name fruits, vegetables, drinks, dishes and ways of cooking.

I’ll start:

For example:    As for me

A is for … apple.

And what about you? Do you know any other words beginning with this letter?

T:   So, I see that you know the words perfectly well.

 

4. Введення у мовне середовище.

T:   And now dear children, let’s speak about your eating habits. Answer the questions.                                     What do you like to eat?

• What don’t you like to eat?
• What is your favourite drink?
• Do you help your mother to cook?
• Can you cook?
• What dishes can you cook?
• Are you a good or a poor eater?
• What do you usually have for breakfast?
• What does Ann have for breakfast?

5. Перевірка домашнього завдання.

 

T:   Now, let’s check up your home-task. For today you were to make up short dialogues “In the school canteen”.

Are you ready? Who will be the first?

 

II.    ОСНОВНА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ

                      1. Введення лексичного матеріалу з теми і підтеми.    

 

T:   And now we’ll speak about best-known Ukrainian dishes. I hope that you love them very much. Look at the board, listen to me and repeat after me. Be very attentive!

 

• Ukrainian borshch
• Pampushky
• Holubtsi (Cabbage rolls)
• Salo

 

• Holodets
• Syrnyky
• Varenyky (Dumplings)
• Nalysnyky

 

2. Активізація лексичного матеріалу (робота в групах з картками).

 

T:   Now, you will work in groups. I have a lot of flowers. Some of them are yellow and some of them are red. I want to divide you in to 2 groups. Choose your favourite flower. Now make groups. So, we have 2 groups. Take the cards and mach the words with their definitions.

May be you don’t know some words, but try to guess their meaning.

You have 2-3 min. to do this task. 

T:   Are you ready?

OK. Let’s check up.

• What is salo?
• What are varenyky?
• Do you like these dishes?
• What dish do you like best of all?

For example:

T:   As for me I like varenyky best of all.

And what about you?

Match the words with their definitions

1. Borshch	a) salted pork fat with, or without garlic and pepper
2. Holodets	b) small baked breads, often buttered and topped with garlic and dill
3. Varenyky	c) cabbage rolls stuffed with rice and minced meat
4. Salo	d) very thin pancakes
5. Syrnyky	e) large stuffed dumplings, can be stuffed with potatoes, meat, berries, cottage cheese
6. Holubtsi	f) fried cheese pancakes, usually served with sour cream, honey, or jam
7. Pampushky	g) meat (beef, or pork) aspic, prepared with garlic, onion, bay leaf and black pepper
8. Nalysnyky	h) cabbage and beets based soup, usually with pork or beef meat, served with sour-cream

 

T:   All of you worked good. You were attentive and active. Thank you.

 

 

3. Фізкультхвилинка.

T:   May be are you tired? Let’s have a little rest. Listen to the song and dance with your little friend. Stand up!

T:   And now we’ll practice the usage of pronouns

T:   To know how to use them correctly you must know that all nouns are divided into two groups: countable and uncountable.

Open your Workbooks on page 43. You’ll do Ex.12.  Write C for countable nouns and       U for uncountable nouns.  I’ll give you 1-2 min.

T:   Are you ready? Let’s check up.

If the noun is countable clap your hands two times. But if the noun is uncountable – sit still.

T:   OK. I see that you know this material and it will be easy for you to complete the sentences. Take the cards and complete them. You have 1-2 min. too. (робота на карточках)

5. Тренування навичок аудіювання.

T:   Look at the board. You can see a poem there. Only one word is missed heir.  Now you listen to the speaker and try to guess what word it is.

 You will listen only one time. Be attentive.

 

 

 

                    I’d like some _____________ with my meat.
How much ____________ would you like to eat?
I like ____________. I’d like a lot.
A lot of ____________. That’s what you’ve got.

 

 

T:   What word is it?   Who wants to read the poem?

 

 

6. Розвиток вмінь та навичок діалогічного читання

(робота в парах з підручником).

 

T:   And now you will work in pairs. You are to complete the dialogue with the words from the box.

Open your book on page 62 Ex.1.  Look at the box, listen to me and repeat after me.

T:   So, you have 2-3 minutes to do this task. If you are ready, raise your hands. The winners will act out the dialogue. Let’s start.

 

III. ЗАКЛЮЧНА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ
