Listening Comprehension Test
Mrs Goody has got a big sweet shop. She gets up at 5 o’clock every morning. At 6 o’clock she bakes 30 cakes and makes 55 lollipops for her sweet shop. Then at 7 o’clock she cooks breakfast for her family. At 8 o’clock, her two children, Jon and Kate, get up and then they have breakfast. They usually eat cheese sandwiches and drink tea for breakfast. After breakfast at 9 o’clock Mrs Goody washes the dishes and cleans the house. She goes to the sweet shop at 10 o’clock.
At 12 o’clock Mrs Goody has lunch. She drinks a glass of milk with a strawberry cake. At 2 o’clock in the afternoon, Mrs Goody works in the garden. There are lots of beautiful flowers and big trees in the garden.
She comes home at 6 o’clock in the evening. She cooks dinner with her daughter, Kate, and then she has a rest. Mrs Goody likes music. So she plays the piano and sings lovely songs at 7 o’clock. Then at 8 o’clock she reads stories with her son, Jon.
Mrs Goody goes to bed at 9 o’clock every evening.
