Let’s begin our lesson. The topic of our lesson concerns your future life and I hope that you’ll be able to solve all the tasks that I have prepared for you. I want to begin our lesson with a poem. (Listen to the poem).

"Have уоu decided what уоu want to bе?"
I usually answer, "I don't know,"
But it isn't really so.
I want to win аn Olympic race,
I want to see the Earth from space,
I want to travel to Katmandu
I want to bе rich and famous, too.
I want to bе оn Hollywood's screen,
I want to invent а new machine,
I want to bе very clever and wise,
I want to win the Nobel prize.
This poem is about one person who doesn’t know what profession to choose. And what about you? (Slide 3)

Let’s go on. In modern world there are so many different jobs and professions and among them there are useful, interesting, modern and new. Now, listen to Herman’s information about very important job nowadays and try to guess it’s name.
Now, listen to Dasha’s information about one of the professions of the future.

- Now I want to inform you that there are some currant and urgent professions nowadays – military professions:
Air force pilot Aircraft mechanic
Aviation survival technical Combat medic
Combat engineer Intelligence officer
Marine force recon Nuclear engineer
Chemical (Biological, Radiological, Nuclear)- CBRN specialist
Army linguist ( translator)
We need these professions because we have to defend our native Ukraine and protect our people from russian invadors. All our people must be grateful to them and respect their job. But Ukrainians are very strong and united now and I believe that we’ll win the war very soon.
Let’s remember our first lesson after the beginning of the war. What song did we sing? Yes, it was «We shall over come» song.
