   Today was my first day at school after the summer break. I was really happy to see all my classmates again! By the way, a new student from Scotland has joined us. Alice seems nice but a little shy.  The headmistress made a speech at the assembly hall where she told us about the new rules this year. We can finally choose our subjects! Well, we still have to study Maths, History and English, but the rest is up to us. I’m going to take Chemistry and Physics. My best friend Tony is interested in studying Literature and Art.  The school building has also changed a bit. The English classroom is now on the ground floor next to the library, and the science lab is on the second floor opposite the art classroom.
